Currently the restaurant is still closed due to legal constraints aka corona, but fortunately they keep the take away running. The exhibitions along the ikea parcour are always a pleasure and a source of inspiration.

The only problem is not having an outdoor toilet or parking lot. You have to re-enter the building if you have a toilet while loading. The interesting thing is that all IKEA employees are arrogant and high-minded and have a demanding attitude towards you.

There is no greater pleasure in seeing the blue sky, natural daylight, and green grass than after having spent several hours among the dystopian interior of a giant IKEA store.

Two weeks to more than two weeks to deliver a closet on the basic that they did forget to deliver our closet, and then they did give an and other one week to deliver it.

Love this Ikea, plenty of parking but parking needs to be paid which doesn't seem buyer-friendly since it is a furniture-store. But I appreciate the effort of supporting being sustainable and green. Especially the return and sell in second-hand store where you can purchase used but wellkept goods/furniture for a lower price is a great idea

Great click and collect service, great Swedish food sortiment

Yesterday at around 18:00, we was at the “pax closet “ area, asking questions on info desk, the woman was so rude and totally not children friendly!! Honestly her attitude was shocking me.

Speaks for IKEAS qualities; Affordable, fashion, green, kind. Hard to navigate in the beginning. Featuring a full shopping expirience including child care, restaurant & take away, customer service counter and multiple floors for parking. Customers in a tight schedule might also try the express service / order online and pick it up, reachable on ground floor next to the parking and the entrance. A significant eye catcher would be the labyrinth architecture as it forms a specific buying behavior. Although, the negative aspects of this layout, I find it kind of attractive as I can wonder around for hours and end up with a new, improved home in the end.

Hot Dogs were not good, bread was not fresh and they don’t have Coca Cola or sprite anymore. Not again I’m sorry

It was nice and clean with a big variety of forniture. People are speaking English and they are willing to help you for anything you might need. There is also the option to recycle some carton there which is very handy if you have a lot of boxes

Pathetic Customer Service. I had returned items two months ago. Still didn’t receive the amount. Contacted the service at least twelve times. Still no change. Rude replies. Not willing to help.

This place Os huge, everything you could want or need. There's even a nice restaurant on the top floor. Love seeing all the classy ideas for bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, etc. Could spend a fortune here, but I'd walk away with great value for my money. Posting this from their free WiFi.

Great IKEA here. Although parking is paid to subsidize public transport. It's 2 francs to park irrespective of time. Otherwise, everything is available and I love the circular Hub concept, it's sustainable and great!

Nice exposition and usage of available space. Good service. Management should think, if flat 2 SFr for parking is the best option and especially if it is really wise to make payment for the parking only possible at the parking floor. Why shouldn't it be possible to pay parking already during the bill payment?

We came in Ikea Rothenburg because we had a problem with our delivery. Karen and Bernadette ( I think it's their names) were super friendly, helpful, concerned and solved the problem very fast. Thanks to them! The store is also super nice, calmer as others, so it's possible to do the shopping without stress.
