Didn't end up getting our wedding rings here because we chose a different shape. Service was absolutely spectacular. From my phone inquiry all through being able to view and try on the actual rings, Cartier kept me informed. If you don't mind spending a pretty penny (which we ended up doing anyway) Cartier might be the way to go.

Me and my family, were staying at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern, which is literally next door to this Cartier Boutique and the best hotel in Lucern. When we arrived at the front of the store, we were asked to wait outside for literally 1 Min as there were few customers inside (not overtly crowded) I didn’t the even understand why we were asked to wait in the first place. When we waited for 5 mins and asked the doorman who was extremely rude and even racist how long it would take, he without any concern and empathy verbally shoved us saying 15 mins and basically indicated that they were better off without us. Now we were looking to buy an expensive gold watch at this boutique and rest assured we’re more than capable to purchase any item in the store. The kind or racist behaviour and unprofessional attitude of the staff is totally acceptable and uncalled for. Puts the brand image down. Hope strict action and behavioural lessons are taught to all staff.

I am a usual Cartier client, first time went to Lucern shop because a technical problem of my Santos 100 and didn't like the way I was treat by one Lady who's was not really nice, unkind I would say. Was wednesday 26th July 2023, around 4pm. If I am not wrong there was two ladies, one young and the unkind one was the other. There were also 2 gentle security guys

In Luzern the experience was soooooo much better than in Zurich! Really enjoyable and cool experience. Definitely coming back
