I've been going to Pret for about 10 years starting from when I lived in London. One of the reasons I go back is because of the polite service you get. Sadly this was notably absent from my visit here today. Shame on me I didn't realise the closing time and wasn't aware that would mean leaving immediately at 4pm a few minutes after buying a coffee. I found the experience of being essentially asked to leave unnecessarily confrontational and rude. I ended up leaving my coffee because I felt so uncomfortable about sitting there to finish it or asking for something so I could take it with me as it was too hot to carry Really upsetting experience. I won't be back.

The quality of coffee is good at this place. However, it doesnt make any sense to close the sitting area 1 hour before closing. The result is to sent the customers in the sitting area in ground floor which has 3 times less tables than upstairs. So, the result is most customers to leave. The second issue is that you lock the door and stop serving 10 minutes before closing, while other similar coffee chains do not do that.

Well done to the Spanish ladies who work in pret Cabot Circus. With broadmead closed a lot more customers as usual. There was extra staff but only one coffee machine. Some customers are very rude and impatient. The staff worked hard to get all the orders out, didn't lose their heads and were very polite

like the hoisin duck wrap..but service could be better service staff i met in Bristol have been nice, but those here are not so friendly.

Needs improving. Is not very clean and poor food selection. I went two days in a row, Saturday and Sunday, around 9am, and hot food was missing along with limited sandwitches. Worst of all, poor service from the woman at the till. I ordered for my family 2 butter croisants, 1 chocolate croisant and one cinamon danish plus coffees. However, I didn't receive the cinamon danish and I didn't realise until I checked, at the table, the bag that she put them in. I couldn't chalenge because, guess what, I didn't get a receipt either. So I had to order it again. The next day, guess, what, the same thing happens again, she "forgets", deliberalitely or not, to put one of the croissants. This time I asked for a receipt and chalenged her that one croissant was missing. I'm not sure what's happening at this branch in Cabot Circus, if it's just incompetency or some scheme to steal from customers, but it leaves a bad stain on the good image I had about Pret a Manger.

Nice grab and go. Had breakfast here, specifically I had the egg bunwich and almond croissant. Almond croissant is nice! The environment is good and clean too.

My partner got a very bad food poisoning after eating there. The company didn't even bother to reply when I tried to contact them.

Food was great 👍 Been there on 25.10.22 at like 16 00 . All good until i decided to use the toilet upstairs . Dirty and disgusting 😑

Nice staff but rude manager who seemed out of place. There’s a certain type of attitude and interaction at Pret that this manager didn’t have. Card machines broken and decaf machine broken too.

An enjoyable place for a meet up with friends, socializing and networking.

A good Pret a Manger with plenty of seating over two floors. The food is always fresh and, if you are a regular, a subscription can make the drinks very cheap. It is a good place to watch the world go by - or to put your feet up before going back to the shops.

I ordered a too good to go bag and the woman there said it was sold out and I didn’t get anything when the app said there was two left, she was also really rude about it

Extremely hot coffee and there were flies behind the counter where the cakes were. When I highlighted this to the server she said "there's nothing I can do about it" and continued to serve! Actually there is something you could do, maybe bring it to the attention of your manager! Totally unacceptable for such a large company.

Good vibes, nice music list. Variety of food and sandwiches options.
