I needed some links removed from my watch bracelet. I usually do my watch maintenance myself but I was unable to get the pins out with this particular watch. I brought it to a jeweler by my house and they were unable to do it after trying for a half hour and offered to charge $50 to send it out to have it done. Thankfully I declined and brought it to Denise at Unicorn Jewelers who had it done in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

I stopped in to Unicorn Jewelers in Lynbrook today. I needed to have my watched fixed. It was before hours and she was just getting settled. She opened the door with a warm and friendly greeting and took care of my watch in minutes. I will definitely go back for all my jewelry needs. They have a great selection. The fact that they are local is a great perk.

Can’t beat the customer service here ! I dropped off a watch to be sized that I was super eager about because it was already late coming in the mail. Denise originally told me she was very busy and that I would have to come back for it tomorrow, she saw that I was bummed out. A few hours later she called me saying she stayed after close to do the watch for me because she saw how badly I wanted it done that day,and that I could come pick it up now if I wanted. You will get very personal service here. I’ll always be coming back! Thanks again Denise.

My sons watch band needed to be repaired. I stopped by last week and they were so nice. They told me I needed to order the lock from Bulova. She took the time to look on the back of the watch to give me the serial number for me to give to Bulova. I received the lock today and stopped in to have them put the part on. Again everyone in the store was so nice. My sons watch band was fixed in 5 minutes. They didn’t charge me both times I came in. I would highly recommend this store. So nice and friendly!!!

I went into Unicorn Jewels looking to get a ring I bought elsewhere to be repaired. Denise helped me and explained that they couldn’t take care of it that day but was kind enough to refer me to a jeweler that she highly recommends. I saw some gorgeous earrings and a ring and she let me try them on after properly sanitizing the pieces. I did not make any purchases and told her I would have to come back and she still continued being extremely kind, helpful and friendly. This family business is extremely professional in addition to being honest about pricing and quality.

As far as I am concerned Unicorn Jewels is by far one of the best Jewelry stores on Long Island. I recently had my wedding band redesigned there, and with the help of Denise the owner, it turned out magnificent! I only wish I had the money to buy out the entire store. As an artist myself, I love to go there, even if just to look in the windows, at the gorgeous jewelry she has displayed. The workers are very helpful and wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed.
