Claire's was well-organized and was an inexpensive place to buy girls hair accessories for specific outfits. They will from time to time have different deals, and I got buy 3 items get 3 free today, so that was great! If you are looking for a very specific color, this may not be the place to go. Surprisingly, Once Upon A Child has a very large array of bow colors but the're mostly just in 2 styles and they're all $6 a piece, so Claire's definitely has the better bargains; I'll definitely go to Claire's first when searching for girls accessories! Bonus: although it's definitely not geared towards moms, there was a small selection of more grown-up appropriate earrings, so it's nice that you can pick a little something it for yourself even though it's mostly for young girls.

I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced and it was a horrific experience for my daughter and myself. The girl that pierced my three-year-old ears got the gun stock both times and tugged on her ears to get the gun out. One earring was completely crooked so she had to take it out to let it heal and she told me to come back one week later so I did when I got there the manager working said that she has to wait at least three months. And there wasn't anything they could do as far as giving me my money back. So now my three-year-old is walking around with one earring in. I'm beyond upset! I paid 70$!! I tried for a week to get a hold of someone from corporate finally someone returned my call and said the only way I could get my money back is if I take the one earring out of my child's now healed ear and bring it back to the store. She also stated that the manager that told me my daughter had to wait at least three months was incorrect that it would be fine to go ahead and re-pierce the other ear. These people clearly have no idea what they're doing.

Staff was nice, got my daughters ears pierced fast as possible cause she was scared, treated her very kindly

I went here a few months ago to have my daughters ears done, the young lady working had one of the best customer service skills I have encountered in a very long time, I wish I could remember her name, (as my daughters said she looks like ice spice) she made the experience, should be the manager there the other staff was rude and not as accommodating and knowledgeable as she was. She made sure the ear piercing process was smooth for my daughters. Two days later my youngest daughter's ear ring fell out the lady that was working when we got there opened up the pack and tried to push the ear ring through my daughters ear which would not work so that day I had to pay for 2 sets of ear rings, I wish the store had more staff like the first young lady we encountered

We went to get some earrings. I didn't get the overall feeling that they wanted people shopping there. We were not greeted when we came in and i feel this is important to let me know you are there if i have questions about sales. The cashier was friendly once i got to the counter, and the store was clean and inviting. I would have liked to see better prices being cosmetic jewelry.

Poorly run... Took daughter at 12:30 on a Sunday to get ears pierced... No one in store but tols we have to have an appt on weekend. Next opening at 2:45 ...ok We make appt. Go home and come back 2 hours later... Walk to counter and told they are behind schedule... How many?? 4 people ahead of us..... How? So you make is get an appt ..yet you are running about 45 minutes ? Won't do business or rather attempt to do business again.....wate of time

I had a horrible experience at this Claire’s. The woman who was working was extremely rude and was clueless with what she was doing.I had a return and she slammed my item on the table, along with the cash drawer. When returning my item, I was exchanging it for other items in the store. She charged me double, and when I pointed it out she got extremely frustrated and gave me dirty looks. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

They never answer the phones at the river ridge mall locations!! I have called several times on several days no one will ever pick up the darn phone.. I swear it kills me the way people run businesses now a days! Ridiculous!! I just spent my money at another store that actually answered the telephone and answered my question before I came all the way out there..
