    We ate lunch at Smashburger. I was relieved that they offered gluten free buns. However, they do not have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. That didn't bother me as I am not so sensitive that I need a separate frier. We ordered 2 double bacon smashburgers, a gluten free avocado bacon melt, regular fries, sweet potato fries, and smash fries. We thought the burgers were decent, slightly better than standard fast food; the fries were quite delicious and crispy.

    Service was just okay and honestly they used to give you a lot of fries when I went here years ago when you dined in and now it’s next to nothing compared to most places? My partner got a kids meal and it was the same amount of fries as mine and her burger was the same size.. lol We also got two milkshakes because we love Haagen dazs ice cream and they tasted… eh. Not worth $6 for a small cup. It tasted like fake chocolate :( overall not really the best bang for your buck and you feel kinda cheated at the end of it

    If I could rate this less than 1 star I wouldn’t think twice! When my burger arrived I lifted up the bun and the burger was SO small, it covered only HALF of the bottom bun. I tore the bun off to cover the size of the burger. (The 2 pieces you see to the right). I didn’t bother eating the top bun because who wants to eat a bun?? This place was HORRIBLE from the lovely attituded laced man at the counter who CLEARLY didn’t like his job. The fries were average. Some were cold. Some were mixed in with fresher ones. Just an overall really really disgusting meal! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY SMASHBURGER AGAIN! Don’t waste your time or your money. It’s a ripoff.

    Hadn’t been here for four years and won’t be back for another four. Walked in and the digital menu boards weren’t working. The staff acted clueless and never offered any assistance in ordering. They finally came back on and we were going to stay and eat but it must have only been 50 degrees in the store. Other customers were eating with their coats on. The managers response: I just got here. We just left. I’m not going to be uncomfortable while spending money at your business.

    No ice for fountain drinks. Kelly (employee) did not inform customers of this fact prior to ordering and refused refund. When informed about the lack of ice he informed me that there, "was no ice in the entire store". When I questioned him; "Don't you think it would have been a good idea to inform the customers of this prior to ordering?" To which he replied, "Maybe".

    Holly the manager took my order and it was wrong. When I called to let her know and tried to order the correct burger she told me that they were preparing a $400 catering order and they weren't taking carry out. I said you got my order wrong. Long story short she proceeded to tell me she was getting a $400 catering order and was obviously getting escalated so I laid the phone down and drove back to the restaurant. When I got up to the counter I said just give me money back. She never apologized for her mistake on the phone or when I picked up my money. Holly did not demonstrate professional or courteous behavior and obviously is unable to wotk under pressure. I will not be going back. I took my money to Steak and Shake and got a better burger and service for less than $5.00.

    Decided to try Smashburger for the first time. Drove 25 mins only to be told it would be a 30+ minute wait because they had to many DoorDash orders to fill and only 2 people. Place was basically emply. No chance I ever try them again.

    The Double Brisket burger has been on my FB feed for a long time… I couldn’t help get it and wasn’t disappointed. The Smash Tots has always been great with the rosemary. The wings was ok - sort of disappointed as it didn’t have enough flavors. The Brussels Sprouts was really good.

    It's not horrible, but it is certainly priced over most like burger restaurants. Also, the floor was like a skating rink. Obviously, the kitchen mop and water were used in the front of the house. Staff was pleasant, even though they were much more interested in their own conversation than guest service. I would certainly give it another try

    First and last time at Smash burger. The woman working there was a nasty piece of work. Took me 5 minutes to even get anyone to the front counter (had to call the store) And she was NOTHING but rude. The man who worked there was apologetic but said she was the GM. No burger is worth the attitude. She followed me out of the restaurant yelling at me. Charming.

    They took away their meals so if you want to add a drink or fries it’s an extra charge for both. For 2 people to eat it was $33 that’s absolutely absurd in my opinion. They got rid of their signature smash fries and now theyre just regular mid tasting fries. They no longer have the smash, sizzle, savor sign on the wall and all the walls are just bland white. This was a childhood favorite restaurant of mine. I’m very disappointed in this experience and will no longer be coming back!

    I placed a mobile order ahead of time, showed up at the suggest pickup time and it was bad experience. I was met with this miserable and unpleasant team member (some old miserable lady). She acted as if being there was the worst thing to ever happen to her. Advice to you, if you never make changes, then nothing changes. Also, apparently you can’t buy sides of sauces. What a lazy clown, and I already did half her job through the app, hopefully she’ll learn some time of skill before technology catches up on the other half. The store itself is rather dirty, and probably should train her some more as you pack the order in FIFO.

    Sweet potato fries was crispy and fresh. Just as I like. Unfortunately Avocado burger was small and lack of seasoning. Place it self it's not cosy.

    Everywhere has staffing problems blah blah, you can’t run a business with one person delivering all orders and taking orders. Its literally impossible. Wait time for lunch just to order was absurd. I got a double and a large fry, but all that for 20 dollars and the wait is just insane. Smashburger only has relevance in a value space. I can go to mussel and burger bar, pay less and have a gourmet burger.

    As a first experience wasn't great. They were out of hay straws and truffle mayo for my burger. They wait for our food was almost 40 mins. I will say that they were very understaffed and the staff that was there was running around like a chicken with they're heads cut off, it was also Veterans day! So we will be trying it again at some point! The burgers were delicious but lukewarm.

    To be clear, there was a very long wait for a fast casual place. A gentleman, Terry was expediting take-out/online orders, and all orders for guests dining in. While making milkshakes, running food, and taking orders. That being said, he was very pleasant, made some small chit chat and addressed everyone calmly and appropriately though he was clearly overrun by the number of tasks on his plat. The only reason I’m writing this review is to make it clear that Terry deserves a raise, and some support staff. His efforts were not lost on me. If you read this, thank you Terry!

    3.5/5 decent burgers and tots. Cool for quick lunch. I’d eat here again . Went for lunch and waited maybe ten minutes for my order . I didn’t get to try a shake that day , I may go back and try that later

    For online orders people need to pick up at the window in the photo. So regular people that are not employees can go up to this window. I asked for Mayo here because they forgot about it and the manager comes running out the door scolding me of spitting in the food.

    Ordered combo meals, fairly priced. The burgers are decent sized,and had a great taste. The orders were completed pretty quickly. The establishment is clean. Customer service is great. Ill visit again,if I'm in that area.

    Wow first time trying smash burger and we will be back. Let me start by saying customer service was on point. Holly who greeted us when walking in on 9/23/22 was so professional and nice. As we ordered the system went down. She continued our order and told us not to worry everything would be taken care of. She was very kind an explained everything going on. There was no way anyone could get upset or have a bad feeling being in this restaurant. As they were having electrical problems we told her same reason we were out to eat because we also had electricians at our house working. I watched as many other customers came in and she handled everyone with a smile and positive help. It would be great to see more of Holly's and her team working in restaurants. As a restaurant owner you just don't see much of this customer seevice! Ok now for the food omg it was amazing. Everything was fresh and well flavored. I could not even finish my food. Restaurant was clean and had lots of seating. There was another employee working on tables why we ate an if I had not seen him would have never known he was there. Very respectful to the surroundings of guess. Oh an this team helped each other. When ever one was called they did not bat an eye to stop and step up. Good job smash burgers on finding such a great team

    Good burger for the price. The onion rings were delicious but eat them hot because the get soggy quick. Had to check out the hype and wasn't disappointed. Great service, a good burger, and a nice restaurant.

    Was an OK experience..nothing much to complain about. We thought the burgers were better then 5guys. Prices were for sure better as 5guys can be expensive. Coca cola did run out. Would probably stick to carry out next visit

    I ordered online and picked up in the store. Staff were friendly when I came inside to pick up my order. My food was not very hot, but it still tasted fine. My strawberry milkshake tasted more like strawberry milk, it was very liquidy.

    I went tonight with my mom and my daughter. I used to really really love smash burger. But it has gone down hill soooo bad. The workers there never get anything right and it must be a high turn over. I get that people make mistakes sometimes but it never fails here. Something is always always messed up. Our burgers where cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the fried where cold too. How do you order a burger that gets grilled and it’s not even warm? I don’t know if I’ll go back anytime soon. I have tried many times and it just gets worse every time I go. Not worth the 40 dollars we spent.
