When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we looked at a few stores for wedding bands and then came to Staples. The staff were all so sweet and knowledgeable. Peggy custom created my wedding band to fit in my obsession with Star Wars. She hand fabricated a wax mold then with my approval and fitting, went on to cast the ring. She was even able to incorporate our still born daughter's hair in my ring which I hold so dear to my heart. The store is always clean and welcoming. Their prices are among the best I have seen. Can't say enough wonderful things about the team here. Thanks Peggy!

Seth was very rude. I was looking for a piece of jewelry and he just did not care I assume it's because of the clothes I had on today. I then wanted to send him a picture of a piece I wanted and asked for his number, I couldn't hear him at all due to him not having the phone close to his mouth and he proceeded to get a additude with me . I'll take my buisness else we're if this is how I'm treated. Just because I don't look like a million bucks doesn't mean I don't have it!! All customers should be treated equally.

I'm downsizing so I took some silver in today to sell locally. I was quoted a price and was given a receipt. After leaving I felt a little uneasy that there was no breakdown of the price of the items. I took the cash to the bank and they mentioned that it was odd that the total was an even amount. I called the store and requested that a breakdown be emailed to me. They refused. I can only think of one reason that they would refuse !! I will not do any business with them again. BE AWARE AND WARNED

Said they don't buy stones... Diamonds aren't worthless. Lied and said 2 sets of jewelry I was selling didn't even have any. Called her on it. She looked again Said they where actually diamonds. Then still insisted they don't buy stones. Whether they buy them or not they're Liars. Don't come here unless your desperate or just want to throw money away.

Dan and the other folks at Staples Jewelry were absolutely incredible to work with! I took my broken amethyst wedding ring in and Dan was able to find the perfect diamond to replace it with. The repair was completed so quickly and efficiently! I will never go to another jeweler again. Recommend 10/10!

Stopped by to ask about Re-setting some diamonds. Gwen was wonderful help. Great store. Cleaned my wedding ring and it has never looked better! I’ll be back!! 👍 Back to see Zack about my resetting. Hear these jewelry stores than run the radio commercials every 8 minutes? Can you walk into any of these big jewelry stores, where the over priced standard offering you buy helps pay for the commercials that annoy you, big fancy building, and employees that are mostly interested in up selling...then work directly with the business owners who will go out of their way to ensure you get what you want within your budget? Didn't think so. At Staples the owners are interested in you doing future business with them because they do it better with better quality.

Horrible experience. Brought in a 10,000 ring. He warmed up to me quickly and said let me go and check to see how much I can sell this for. Long story short he came out and said the ring is only worth $750. I know it sounds stupid but I trusted this con artist and agreed. The moment I left and started driving home I had a pit in my stomach. What a a con artist.Think twice before using this guy.

My wife lost her grandmother a couple of months ago. She received a large amount of jewelry to go through to keep and do what she wanted with. After us spending hour and hours sorting and going through this treasure trove there were a lot of items my wife could not see ever wearing or wanting to hold on to. A lot of it was real gold and silver. A friend suggested this place to us so we made the hour drive to get an offer. We are alternative in appearance and a lot of jewelry stores tend to treat us bad but here we were greeted by three different people and a smile. After only a 30 second wait a woman (forgot her name unfortunately) pulled us to a side so we could sort and go through everything with her. We were treated well, with respect, and we feel we were valued as customers. She took the time to test things we were unsure about, explain things to us, and educate us as well. We kept a couple of pieces because they usually only buy gold/silver for the value of the metal and any gems or pearls that are on it. She did not have to tell us that, she could have just given us an offer on them, HONESTY! We could not be happier with the offer that was given to us. Knowing the current prices of gold before we went we knew that the price they gave was more than fair. My wife was in an emotional state and the woman really allowed her a moment to feel and understanding. We did not feel rushed, we did not feel like our questions were annoying her. We want to thank Staples (and the lady who helped us) for outstanding service and the empathy shown. We will be back!

Do not go here. The diamond in my ring fell out after 6 months. I was devastated. My fiancé didn’t think to get insurance and the ring was $1400. I took it off when I did ANYTHING. Changed clothes, took a shower, doing dishes, going swimming, etc. and it just fell out. My mom had her ring with multiple diamonds for 20 years and wore it while doing EVERYTHING and her ring is still fine. I expected them to fix it for free or much cheaper since it’s clearly faulty. Will likely not get it fixed here since we don’t trust them now and they took the amazing feeling of always having my original engagement ring away from me. We got one from another jeweler and it’s much better quality.

When my fiancé bought my engagement ring last year, he told me shopped around for months. Staples was highly recommended to him by a friend. They were by far the best jewelry store for us - helpful, transparent, accommodating, and competitive pricing. They went above and beyond for him. We recently went in to shop for wedding bands and they remembered him, even though it had been many months. They have fantastic service and absolutely beautiful jewelry. I am in love with my engagement ring and we can’t wait to get our wedding bands! This is the best jeweler for repairs and enhancements! They do beautiful work and are reasonably priced. They reinforced my worn wedding set years ago, and when the band broke last week I took it back to them. I also took the first ring that my husband gave me 35 years ago to see if they could incorporate it with my wedding set. They created a beautiful piece that I will be proud to wear for the next 35 years!

Absolutely amazing experience! Went in with my mother and sister to repurpose some of our grandmothers jewelry into 3 new rings, one for each of us. Not only did they take the time to speak with us at length to create each unique design, they also took the time to understand what these pieces of jewelry truly meant to us. They were in constant contact through the whole process and even displayed genuine excitement when showing us how wonderful they turned out at each pick up. Best jewelry store experience I have had to date, hands down!

We just moved here and a diamond fell out of my engagement ring while unpacking. Staples was highly recommended on our neighborhood Facebook group, so my husband called around Christmas and asked about getting the Diamond replaced. They stated that the gentlemen who does repairs was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until after the first of the year. Fair enough. I brought my ring in as soon as they opened on Thursday, January 5th, and the lady who helped me was very pleasant, but seemed new. She kept walking back and forth to speak to the gentlemen in the back to answer my questions (Jake) instead of him coming out to speak to me himself, which I found kind of rude. Finally, he came out and said he was a little behind on quotes and they’d have to keep my ring for a few days to get a quote to me. He told me I’d get a quote potentially the next day (on a Friday) or early the next week. Tuesday afternoon, I called because I still hadn’t heard back and they had possession of my ring for four full working days. I received a call back from a lady stating that he was still behind, but I was guaranteed the quote the next day. Wednesday came and passed without a quote or communication, so Thursday morning, I walked in and requested my ring back. The gentlemen who greeted me was very friendly (didn’t get his name, but he had long, dark hair). I explained the situation to him and he apologized and said they’d get my ring back to me. Jake came around the corner and recognized me and said, “Your ring is first on my list today.” I told him I was no longer interested in receiving a quote and wanted my ring back. He got very defensive saying he told me it would be about a week, which was not accurate. He also told me he skipped lunch the day prior because he was working all day trying to further justify his mistake. I told him I would have appreciated a text or call explaining the second delay in what I was originally promised and he said he didn’t have time to make phone calls and again told me he didn’t eat lunch the day prior. I got my ring back and ended up taking my business to another local jeweler who treated me with more respect and got me a quote while I waited. I try to support local, family owned businesses and I’m sure Staples would have done great work, however, their communication and timeliness was lacking. It should not take over a week to get a quote back and if this is the case, that should be communicated to the customer upfront. I will not be returning to this business.

I continue to be impressed with the customer service of Staples Jewelry! We have purchased jewelry from them (my wedding band), had repairs/maintenance done (repairing a ring they didn’t sell us, redipping my white gold, replacing stones that come loose, resizing bands) and they have always met or exceeded expectations. We will continue to send our jewelry business to this local business! So happy to have them in our community!

First and last time here. Went in to see about selling a ring after this place was mentioned. There was a younger gentleman who was polite and attentive. He tried getting the attention of, who I assume was, the jeweler in charge of sales. The man shrugged him off and the younger guy returned to say that the man wasn’t interested. It was rude for the jeweler to not interact with me at all, he didn’t even turn around to face me. He seemed inconvenienced. After reading the reviews of multiple other people who sold jewelry here and felt like they were ripped off, I’m relieved to take my business elsewhere and not waste anymore time with rude jewelers.

Great place to get jewelry repairs done. Not the fastest for repairs but definitely great quality and price.

Staples Jewelry is the place to go for jewelry!! They don’t advertise on the radio every 5 minutes because they don’t have to. I would highly recommend shopping here!! I’ve have a ring reset and bought one they designed. I’m thrilled and I will treasure my rings. I had a price and a ring I had in mind, and they exceeded my expectations!! Don’t buy until you stop by and see what they can do for you.

My fiancé went to Staples for my engagement ring. They could not have done a better job picking one out for me! The staff was very helpful and personable. They even helped me to resize it and gave me “bumpers” to help on days when my finger was a bit small to keep the ring from falling off. Almost a year later and I SWEAR by these bumpers. It’s so comfortable, probably more so than sizing beads and definitely more adaptable. I never worry about my ring falling off and I get compliments on the cut of my diamond everywhere I go. It sparkles like crazy in any light. I would recommend Staples to anyone looking to make a jewelry purchase. I anticipate us purchasing our wedding bands here as well.
