I

give
negative

stars,I
would
click
that
multiple
times!
I
Called
Pizza
Hut
to
put
in
an
order
for
delivery
around
8:55pm.
After
trying
to
take
my
credit
card
number
for
the
third
time,I
told
the
guy
on
the
phone
that
I
would
pay
cash
and
he
told
me
my
order
total
and
said
it
would
be
30mins.
Waited
and
waited
until
it
was
10:05pm
and
still
no
food.
Called
their
store
and
chose
the
option
to
check
on
the
status
of
your
order
and
THEY
CANCELLED
MY
ORDER
WITHOUT
CALLING
ME
and
I’m
over
here
waiting
hungry.
I
call
them
to
speak
to
someone
and
the
call
center
guy
Albert
directed
me
to
the
store
and
I
was
on
hold
for
over
15+
minutes.
Dropped
the
call
and
called
again
and
Albert
directed
me
again
to
the
store
and
currently
still
on
hold(time
is
10:21pm)
and
they
close
at
10:45pm
so
doesn’t
look
like
someone
is
going
to
pick
up!
I
shall
be
taking
my
business
elsewhere.
DO
NOT
ORDER
FROM
THEM
cos
clearly
they
don’t
care
about
customer
service
or
actually
doing
their
work
well.
Cancelling
someone’s
order
and
not
informing
them
at
all
is
just
mean!
