i loved pizza hut pizza. ordered online and got estimated time of half an hour. well over hour later nothing i call the number asked whats going on and i get put on hold for over 20 minutes. decided not gonna take order gonna cancel it, i call back and they ask for info and put me on hold again only to get a call center. i called the store's number multiple times to try and tell them kept getting call center then put on hold. had enough never again

I wish I could give them a higher rating because I love pizza hut. Unfortunately this location needs to improve. The pizza is not fully cut, and not always precise. These poor cinnamon rolls.

Horrible service as others have mentioned. Placed an online order and its estimated delivery said in 30 mins. More than an hour goes by and I placed a call and no response other than the call center that redirects you to the store and they never pick up the phone. Had to go in person to see what was the issue for me to be told “we don’t deliver until after 5PM.” Why does the system allows customers to place online delivery orders prior to this time if that’s the case? Bring your money somewhere else, not worth the trouble here.

Place is trash. Food is trash . Tastes like freezer burn. They don’t return phone calls. They give you incorrect pizza and don’t take responsibility for it. Don’t go here .. go somewhere where they have pride in their food. This place is a joke

The food was good but it took longer than the 25 - 35 minutes listed by the post order page. I asked for contactless delivery but that was not honored.

I legit just had the worst experience with this place never again trash. I ordered online they sent a door dash dude who forgot my whole order who tells me idk call them this is what they gave me I said did u check the receipt ge said no I said give me the tip back bro. Call store to get my stuff they have zero clue what they are doing in that place don't go of you are smart

I rated two star because this store is not being honest with card payments. Last two visits I ordered online (10/11/23, 11/14,23) and paid at the store with my debit card, and my bank statement is showing an over charge of $3 on each transaction, my last two purchases were from this specific location at 39 state st. lynn, MA. Be aware of this store and make sure you save your receipt until your bank process your payment. This is a scam and I’m going to stop by the store today to speak to the store manager regarding this issue. Store Manager gave me a refund! Just be aware of this store when you use your debit/credit card

I ordered a Big box that came with 2 pizzas, alfredo and cheese bread sticks. The Alfredo had a horrible taste and smell and looks like they try to mask it by adding some sort of seasonings on top. I am not entirely sure it was good and I didn't want to put my kids at risk. The pizza was okay and the breadsticks were cold in the middle. To be honest all the food tasted like it was on its way out. I would like a refund of my order. I would've called or messaged last night but by the time I got home and fed my kids it was too late.

If I could give negative 1 stars,I would click that multiple times! I Called Pizza Hut to put in an order for delivery around 8:55pm. After trying to take my credit card number for the third time,I told the guy on the phone that I would pay cash and he told me my order total and said it would be 30mins. Waited and waited until it was 10:05pm and still no food. Called their store and chose the option to check on the status of your order and THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT CALLING ME and I’m over here waiting hungry. I call them to speak to someone and the call center guy Albert directed me to the store and I was on hold for over 15+ minutes. Dropped the call and called again and Albert directed me again to the store and currently still on hold(time is 10:21pm) and they close at 10:45pm so doesn’t look like someone is going to pick up! I shall be taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM cos clearly they don’t care about customer service or actually doing their work well. Cancelling someone’s order and not informing them at all is just mean!

@pizzahut I just the worst experience ever at a food service place. In Pizza Hut Lynn ,Ma this so called manager he says started swearing at me and calling me the n word. He was literally in my face. And the reviews speak for them selves he should be let go. Im shook.

This place sucks, all the employees are garbage and they don’t communicate or even pick up the phone. We ordered a large order for a birthday party for delivery and then we waited two hours, nothing showed up so we were wondering what’s going on and we kept calling no answer then the we called the actual pizza hut customer service and they said they cancelled our order. We went physically to this location and they said “We cancelled this order because we don’t have delivery” THEN TELL US why would you take our money and not even tell us it was cancelled, we had to go physically to the location because these people are lazy bums and don’t know how to answer the phone. Worthless and the owner is awful, very unprofessional. Do not go to this place the food is garbage anyways and the people who work there are lazy people that don’t wanna do their job. Location should be removed and closed down absolute garbage

This location is horrible and the pizza came in cold and it looks distasteful. I paid for a soda and double cheese, I received neither. Never going to order from Pizza Hut again.

Very rude employees, I ordered chicken wings with bones and paid for them. I get home and found they gave me the boneless ones which are cheaper than the ones with bones. I got a box with wings, pizza, and cheese sticks. When I called to complain, the rude employee listened to, said it will not happen again, then hung up on me. Did not apologize, no refund, I call back they do not pick up. I wish I could give zero stars
