I haven’t been to this office in a while because I was using the place that did my braces treatment. Globus Dental had great service! They were very kind and gentle with my cleaning. I was able to get a appointment quickly, which was awesome! The Dr and hygienist were very nice and did a great job! Thank you all for your amazing service, I appreciate all you’ve done!

Happy with the serves, they have taking there time cleaning, doing filling in my teeth, my other dentist just rush through the cleaning and other servers and at time he over looked stuff so he didn't have to do it. But so far here is been going great specially the girl that cleaned my teeth today she is extremely nice.🙂👍

Man o man, where do I start? Firstly I saw a review on here in which a person stated that if you come 45 minutes late, you'll be on time (because they make you wait) that's completely true. I was there 45 minutes until I was taken. Secondly the customer service representatives behind the desk are sooo disrespectful. I literally just got off the phone with the front desk person, because I couldn't find the building. But I spotted it and told her that I would see her in a few seconds. When I arrived 10 seconds later, there were two front desk people behind the counter and they both didn't say a word to me. I stood infront of the desk and they completely ignored me. I asked to be checked in, and they completely ignored me. I had to tap the counter. They did the same thing after my appointment. I needed a follow-up appointment. I stood infront of the desk, while the ladies just sat there. After 2 minutes, I asked if she could schedule an appointment with me. She rudely stated she had no idea why I would be standing at the front desk, waiting. When I challenged her thinking, she started to talk negatively about me in spanish to a co-worker. On top of all this the couches are super stained and their was dirty tissues ontop of the front desk counter. Also the woman who took my x-rays didn't speak English, x-rayed the wrong side of my mouth ( I pointed to a tooth on my right side, and told her right, then she confirmed it was the right and immediately took an X-ray of the left side) It got worse. While taking the X-ray, the non-English speaking woman put the wedge in my mouth, which always is super painful. After placing the wedge in, she afterwards starting fiddling with the computer to set up for the pics (why wouldn't she do that before placing in the wedges?) When she reentered the room, she immediately starting reviewing the pics instead of removing the painful wedge. Sooo, I'm convinced they're paying for all the positive reviews.

Yes I was oh so blown away by the globus crew in Lynn, their professional dental skills were matched by their warm caring compassion. As a single male who desires my health supportive dental care, I admit that I really want to see these sweet guys again. Jerry Lee

My kids had not been to the dentist since around over a year because of the pandemic I had to change their dentist because we had moved and this dentist was closer and they were nice quick and very gentle and told me what was going on what was seen and kept their nerves to a very low minimum I would suggest this dentist and also they told my kids and explained about flossing after every meal instead of just floss I am very happy that I switched dentist after being with the same dentist for 20 years that my boys didn't like as they got older its very important to have a dentist that is kind and gentle because if you don't as you get older you will have a fear of them like I do which I am going to start going myself knowing how they were with my boys

This dental office saved me after I was butchered by a well-known dental office Aspen dental... I will start by saying the dentist here are great the only one that would maybe need to work on her bedside manner if you will is one of the owners of Indian descent I wasn't even sure of her name because she came in for 2 seconds looked in my mouth didn't do anything and said that I would need to come back for the root canal specialist... fine no worries I did and again I love all the other dentist there. The downside to this establishment is the front end employees. That's just the thing she's just an employee but you would think that she owned the dental office the way that she told me that I used up my emergency visits and that I would have to pay out of pocket the next time that I went there. The only problem with that is outside of the 90% of people that go there with MassHealth I had full dental regular insurance I never got any of my services for free... I was very confused as to when she told me that I used all of my emergency visits when this is NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM...and this is coming from the same front end employee that has had her boyfriend in there arguing ...she's taking other calls instead of checking patients in and I get it it's on Union Street it can be a little ghetto but I'm going to need for her to get it together and not act like she owns a dentist office when she's one of the most unprofessional people there. Maryland one of the dental assistant was amazing she's wonderful she makes you feel comfortable and again all the dentist there besides one of the owners were amazing as well. My recommendation is if you do go there and you don't have MassHealth make sure that they know that.(there's nothing wrong with having Mass health but when you pay for good insurance through your job and they act like you have mass health when you don't that's a problem)

I have had several appointments with Globus Dental and it has always been a pleasure working with them for my dental care. My dentist is very knowledgeable and keeps me updated throughout the different dental appointments I have had. Anna at the reception is superb in getting everything set up. Would highly recommend Globus Dental.

Warning if u have mass health and need dentures or other work done she charges a 100$ deposit I called around and no other dentist does that they actually thought it was wrong and said mass health should be told it makes no sense if mass health is paying for it to charge most people who have mass health can't afford do pay and wait a month or more to get it back she told me 7 weeks I will never go back there

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been the front desk lady yells at you they cancel appointments the day of.

I feel very pleased with the work they did for me, the secretary's treatment is very pleasant and efficient, I invite everyone to visit Globus Dental Care Center, it is worth doing your dental work there
