Charging me even after a year of cancelling my membership. No one knows what's going on, and whenever I go to talk to the manager he/she never there. Next time I go, I will make sure I get a refund of all that unused paid membership, or I'm suing them.

The cleanliness of the gym is actually very good The machines are back up and working as of lately but the reason I chose planet fitness and canceled my LA fitness membership was because all planet fitness advertise 24 hours and the Lynn location is the only location that is currently closing at 7 o’clock on the weekend and nine or 10 o’clock on weekdays because of staff issues. For the last two years I utilize this gym late at night because it’s quieter and less chance getting sick. They used to have one person working third shift so I can’t understand why it’s so hard to find somebody to work third shift in Lynn because revere both locations and Salem locations are never closed . Makes you wonder if because Lynn is a minority city they don’t feel they have to honor the 24 /7 they advertise that gets most people to sign up for the membership if they’re not going to be open 24 hours they should give all Lynn members a discount on pricing!I was waiting to see if it changed back to 24 hours 20 years New Year’s me and a friend probably have to transfer our membership to Salem because not being open 24 hours and closing at 7 PM on the weekends is roughly 80 hours a week not available to Lynn

Descent gym but always crowded and people are rude. If u expect to go on A weekday after work u can forget it. It’s filled to capacity your lucky if u can get a treadmill or a machine and u can forget about getting a smith machine for (squats bench press) it’s impossible between 5-8 pm weekdays. But other than that it’s a good gym staff is polite, will help u. Good machines that they maintain Well.

Good place, had a lady in the gym complain about cleaning my chair when I was still on my chair, I think planet fitness should have a cleaning crew go around and clean everything every 30 mins

Not awful by any means but missing a few machines/pieces of equipment I've seen at other PF's. Staff can be hit or miss. My main issue is that I joined this gym partly because it was 24 hours and due to staffing issues (at least that was the explanation I was given ) they have been closing early for the past month or so of the two months that I've been a member. They close at 7:00 on weekend nights and that's just so early. I understand this might not be anyone's fault (or maybe it is and they could prioritize finding somebody for third shift) but it is really inconvenient When them being 24 hours was one of the advertised amenities I joined and paid for.

Clean place, the staff is friendly but this particular place false advertise (24/7 not) they close 9pm Monday-Friday and 7pm Saturday-Sunday. They claim because they are short staffed but I'm pretty sure that's not necessarily true. If you're looking for a gym to work out later in the night THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Closes to early!

Was good recently something must have changed with management. Chest fly/ rear delt fly machine has been out of order for over a month. More than half of the stationary bikes are broken or need repair. Last week 2 out of 4 of the bench press towers were down. I'm switching to salem pf.

Gyms ok , some client's are slobs! Most of the time it's filthy! No paper towels!

Rude staff at the Lynn, Ma Planet Fitness starting with the manager wilkin to employee's like edwin. Their behavior is ill-mannered and it really shows.

I have been going to this gym consistently for over a year. Staff are very friendly. I lost items a couple of times and staff always kept it in lost and found. Equipment are fairly new.

I work out here almost everyday and no complaints the staff is wonderful as well

It is a great, homely fitness outlet . Great and various exercise machines. Nice place

Show up at 5 am today I wait 20 min no one Show up to open the place this is not the 1st time it's been happening.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO. This is very dangerous. I was a member of PF years ago and didn't have any issues, but this is a newer policy and it is unsafe. I declined to rejoin. Edit: I see they responded. Just because they *pinky promise* not to share your info doesn't mean that their systems are strong enough to protect it! It's very easy to cancel a card, but if there is a breach and your account info gets stolen? You could lose all the money in that account.

Showers are clean and equipment is well managed. Love the aqua massages 🙌🏻

Don’t sign up at this location. They will never let you cancel.

On Boston street in lynn they'll throw you out for wearing your coat it and laugh at you on the way out. Terrible gym, Terrible staff. Told them at the desk and they thought it was funny.

I do like planet fitness but I canceled my membership because of personal reasons and after a while they keep charging me and I don’t even go anymore

Just recently signed up, not the biggest gym but they have everything you need. The staff is awesome especially the girls on the night shift always greet me and my friends by name! Wish they had a little but more machines but it's understandable because of the size. Very good gym overall!

Convenient location, fairly clean, however there's a lot of broken/defective equipment ,place could use better management *update* equipment fixed

A Couple machines haven't been fixed in months but i get around it. Someone may get hurt including myself and machines should be fixed quicker, seeing as i and many people pay to use this gym.

Manager Brittany did nothing at all being a manager too fix my situation and also everyone behind the desk thought it was a big joke… Definitely sad when people go there to try and fix themselves and you have workers behind that counter who are straight ignorant!!! Point Period!

I enjoy exercising here but also pay extra to have the use of the tanning beds which have been broken for 2 days. I am hoping this issue is resolved in a fast manner. Very clean club and very kind and courteous staff.
