Stopped for a casual Pike Place whilst being dragged around the mall, Starbucks you life saver! Great joint to refuel, where you get a great consistent cup of Joe with an awesome rewards scheme with a broad menu for all tastebuds and time of the day. Staff are super friendly.

The employees are nice but their hours of operation are inconsistent. Sometimes they’ll open at 10 on Sunday and other times at 11:30, then they might close at 6 or 3 if it’s what they feel like. Today I decided to go stand in line (since mobile ordering was off— as it often is) and an employee came and physically got between me and the people in front of me in line, then proceeded to talk on her phone for a few minutes before she turned around and told me the people in front of me would be last people they helped. As a fellow mall employee I can understand that it’s overwhelming at times but this location really needs to make multiple changes. Part of that change needs to be at a management level since I know that there are times where the employees are told to keep making drinks after they’ve hit their limit and they’re not allowed to switch out. In addition, a former employee of this store has mentioned that they’re sometimes told to clock out half an hour early and to keep working.

The cafe in the mall is bad, slow in dealing, and these cups asked me to throw them in the trash after I made a mistake in ordering

ALWAAAAAAAYS out of something. Spent 15 of my 30 min lunch waiting in the ridiculously long line for her to tell me they are out of caramel. How does that happen? I’m sure 80% of your orders have caramel. They need to figure out their ordering because they are always running out of things.

I ordered a Vente and payed for a Vente. everytime “Sophia” makes my drink it is half full, wouldn’t even fill up a grande size, everyone else that works there makes it perfect and fills the cup, only when she makes it is when it’s half the cup.

Look for "Chris" who will provide you the BEST Starbucks experience! I enjoyed ordering, he also explained how to redeem my star rewards very clearly, fun and happy! Ordering to the drinks everything was PERFECT even super busy Saturday afternoon.

This kiosk is inside the mall, across from Macy's and the fountain. The staff are all young people and quite hardworking and good spirited. But it always has a long line and no matter how hard these kids work, the line never ends and orders pile up especially in the colder months. Most customers are patient while some turn nasty. We had time to kill so we didn't mind waiting 30 mins for our orders. And the order was perfect, they didn't mess up our names and service was with a smile, and respect. So in short, if you have plenty of time and need a hot/ cold coffee made right, go for this Starbucks.

Always busy, but they do their best. Drinks are usually good.
