A complete disappointment. $7+ for a cheeseburger that has less meat than $1.50 burger from McDonalds. The fries are straight out of a freezer bag with some "spices" dusted on top. The shake was made from some powder, or somehow was chalky through the process of making the shake. I rarely if ever give a one star rating, as I was a US Marine and will pretty much eat anything. The only way I would ever come back here is if a friend or family member enjoyed this garbage, I would enjoy the visit, and pass on the food. The service was disorganized at best, but made sure to point out that there was a tip option in the beginning before you complete your payment. Complete confusion, tables are dirty and slow to be cleaned, numbers are handed out only for them to set food on the counter without calling numbers. 3 stars for the atmosphere is a mercy review and that's simply because the building was brand new. HARD PASS ....

It was the Grand Opening today and wow were they busy! Super long lines at both the drive-thru and in-store. When you walk in there’s kiosks where you can order yourself or you can order at the front cashier. All the employees were so friendly and apologized about the long wait times. Overall the experience was great. The double shack burger had very crispy edges on the burger patties and the chicken shack sandwich had a very crunchy fried chicken filet with plenty of pickles. Both were delicious and juicy. The strawberry shake was rich, creamy and not overly sweet! The only downside with the food was the semi-cold fries and not so crunchy french fries that unfortunately were mostly small pieces like it was scooped from the bottom of the pile. Prices are obviously higher than other burger places but this is acceptable since it’s higher quality food. You should definitely check this place out, and thank you to all the hardworking employees especially on this busy grand opening day!

Went opening day, around 4:30 as things were starting to get really busy. Went inside, drive thru line was obviously long. Took about five minutes to order food, then waited maybe 15-20 for it. Well worth it. I got the chicken bites (pictured) and boyfriend got the SmokeShack, both so hot and scrumptious. Chicken was cooked perfectly, fries and shakes were amazing, all around 11/10. Probably will be busy for a few months, but if you're patient it's worth the wait!

EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Took over 45min to get a sandwich and they messed up the order. Also it’s overpriced on top of all that, cost 30 bucks for “fast” food. Go somewhere who actually cares about customers.

Really good burger overall, I enjoyed the shake and fries. However, my friend could not eat the mushroom burger, as he quite literally could not bite through the mushroom. He enjoyed the rest of the food. The staff was nice, we got free samples of the fries because of the ridiculous wait (around 30-40 mins to get food). In conclusion: it's pretty good, but I don't think he would get the mushroom burger again

WELL. I definitely didn't need to know that a Shake Shack exists so close to where I live now. This place was busy, and I mean BUSY, with so many staff hustling all around behind the counter, yet I was able to order quickly and didn't have to wait long for my food. My friend liked the outdoor seating because we could have their dog with us. Drive through was a constant long line the whole time I was eating. You can order at the counter or at a kiosk. Lots of seating available. Good frozen custard.

The smashed patty on my Shackburger had beefy taste, but it’s thin and dry to the point the edges were blacken-burnt. Probably overcooked or stayed on the grill for too long. The fries were hot and crunchy but had no potato taste. So I suspect they weren’t cut potato fries but smashed, blended and formed with other stuffs. The staff member who took my order was nice though. Didn’t like to be asked to subsidize the staff’s low wages with tips at a fast-food restaurant.

Had Shake Shack in Vegas and was looking forward to finally having one so close to my area. What a big let down. When did fast food get so expensive? 2 burgers, two grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 fries and 1 cheese fries along with 2 shakes came to $70? Add shrinkflation to the mix, we were massively disappointed. The only saving grace was the service was better than your average fast found joint

I was excited when I found out there was a Shake Shack near my place, so I decided to give it a try last night. However, my experience was disappointing, and I would rate it two stars. Despite having at least five people working, I had to wait for 25 minutes to get my takeout order. I observed the staff joking around and moving at a slow pace. The person responsible for taking orders just stood there when there were no customers, instead of assisting their colleagues. The food was well-packaged and had some creative elements, but the chicken bites and fries were clearly over-fried. They had turned brown instead of the expected golden color. On the positive side, the Shack Burger tasted good. In summary, while the food concept is promising, the wait time and the quality of the prepared food at this particular location were not satisfactory. I hope the restaurant can make improvements in these areas.
