Yesterdays dental service was fairly complex. Dr Lee offered superior work & care. Painless, precise and explained every step of the process. Also thanks to Jennifer who assisted. She is another advanced skill level layer to Dr Lees practice. For in-depth dental work, it was a good experience

This office is beautiful! And everyone was so nice! They were right on time with my appointment. It’s been YEARS since I went to the dentist. So Ofcourse I have a few problems to fix and some deep cleaning to be done. We have a plan in place. And they were upfront about out of pocket costs after working with my insurance. We postponed one of the procedures until January to receive more insurance coverage. Again, I was expecting a lecture about not coming in sooner, but not a word! They were just happy I was there now. Seriously it was actually a very pleasurable experience!

Best dentists anywhere in this area of north sound! I have always felt cared for and cared about by the staff and doctors. They have repeatedly gone out of their way to take care of my dental needs and I feel comfortable going there. The doctors clearly know their work and I feel comfortable when they share the issues or concerns that they have about my oral health. I recommend them to everyone, if you are looking for a new dentist, go here. Dr. Lee has been our family dentist for more than 20 years. He is the most gentle dentist we’ve ever had and always so thorough in explaining each procedure. The office staff, dental assistants and hygienists are always very nice and so accommodating.

My dad is a new patient and we could not be happier with his care! Thank you for getting him in so quickly and for helping us navigate the insurance. Everyone in the clinic was so kind and professional. Our experience could not have been better!

I give 1 star because they won't allow me to give 0. As someone with heavy anxiety when it comes to the dentist I would not suggest this office. They had one amazing assistant in which I forget her name unfortunately but she was the only one I didn't have an issue with. Everyone else fed me mis information to get me to move forward with a process that I was a perfect candidate for, someone who shouldn't go through with the procedure and someone who would benefit from the procedure (makes no sense right?) How can someone be a great candidate yet be someone who shouldn't have the process done? And why would you have collected 1350$ deposit for said procedure knowing full well you had no intention on moving forward with it? I am not pleased that the last thing you advised me of was that I had severe gum disease and I should find somewhere else to go. Just curious if that is how you treat everyone with no insurance or was it just because I wasn't from this country and you figured I'd just walk away and not make any noise ? I still think you should be refunding my second appointment for x-rays and charts for the invisalign you knew full well you weren't going to move forward with. I came in for a chipped tooth and had it paid for same day and was advised the payment covered the temporary crown which I couldn't even put pressure on because your assistant used the wrong cement (confirmed by the next tech who tried to remove it and it felt like she smashed me in the mouth with a hammer--she felt so bad!!) And then it also covered the permanent crown. But you charged us almost another 300 for that appointment... Which was apparently for the steps leading up to the invisalign which again you had no intention on moving forward with. I'm actually gagged about these interactions with this dental office considering we chose it based on the good reviews it had. Don't let them fool you. And always listen to what they say to ensure they are all on the same page and don't keep flip flopping back and forth Very unprofessional

1st and foremost I have not been to a dentist in 8 yrs. That being said my teeth were in good shape. The staff was nice and I will be happy to have my family start going here.

I was having some toothache and I went to see Dr Mieghem thinking that I had to replace the filling for a crown but Dr, was very honest and told me that it wasn't necessary to be so invasive and told me that, my filling was still good and there was no need to spend money and being so invasive. Other dentist always want to put crown to get the money, but this one is not greedy and I am very glad he was so honest and saved me some pain and money! Thank you very much Dr. Mieghem!
