This is actually a very nice hotel, spacious, clean, and conveniently located near a freeway for access. It's not a 5-star hotel, so if that's what you are looking for, you will need to go elsewhere. However, it's a well-run hotel. I did dock it a star noise and price. I could hear the people walking above me and hear their toilet flushing, which is a little annoying, but it wasn't overly bad. Price was a little high, but all hotels are right now, like everything else. I've been to nicer hotels, but you will spend a lot more for better. Honestly, for all hotels in this range, this was actually a step above others in the same price range. You won't be disappointed here, it really is nice and I'm very critical of hotels.

When I arrived I was told by the front desk they were short staffed so my room wasn’t ready- no big deal, I understand being short staffed and not their fault. My room was ready by 5 pm, again, I wasn’t upset at all. When I went to my room, the carpet was dirty, I could tell it wasn’t vacuumed, the bathroom had hair on the toilet and urine spots on the toilet seat. One of the comforters had a dirt shoe print on it. I found 2 long hairs- not mine, in one of the beds under the sheets. I didn’t complain which was my fault, since the front desk lady seemed overwhelmed. I would have gladly waited longer for my room to actually be clean. It was very disappointing, I didn’t sleep well because I just felt dirty in the room. I love staying at Holiday Inns and will speak up next time and at least ask for clean sheets

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. 1. As soon as we came to our room, there was a terrible / old basement smell. We were told that our room will be changed soon and at mid night we were woken up and requested to move, which of course we didn't as we have already unpacked everything and were sleeping. 2. The bathroom tub was poorly repaired and you can see the stains all over the tub. Also were missing the shampoo with the shampoo stand left open. 3. Found a long hair in their breakfast and showed it to the front desk person. She just threw it in the garbage with an apology. No one ensured that the rest of the food is hair free. 4. Skeleton staff and no one to deliver anything to your door or clean the (only) elevator.

Picture a gazillion little league sports teams! Yelling and screaming and slamming comically loud doors all night. Imagine that pretty pool in the photos, now imagine it comically packed with kids. Then think logically what it all looks like trying to fight hordes of children for a plateful.of the "Free" breakfast!! You won't sleep here, I mean you can certainly try! But dear god, if they ask you to sleep in room 113.. tell them to...... Themselves!

This hotel has east access on and off Interstate 5 but up on the hill, and just far enough away thay you aren't bothered by the freeway noise. The room was pretty basic, and the parking seemed ample. We were worried about having a room directly behind the elevators, but surprisingly, I did not even hear it at all. Breakfast in the morning was a plus and I wanted to take the automatic pancake machine home with me!!

Great, clean modern hotel. The beds were comfy, there was a good free breakfast (egg, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit). It's not directly off the highway, but there is a drugstore across the street, whole foods and gas. About a 30 min drive to downtown Seattle.

Have to drive thru the Old Spaghetti Factory to get there, probably thanks to Bob or Irv Wilcoxen and their land holding. Clean, comfortable, and has a shallow wading pool, no spa. Fitness room is 24 hours. Have to really push down on the door handles for them to open and sometimes the key card can be a little tricky. The check in process was easy and greatful for the attentive staff.

Very disappointed with the service. The Management would not give a confirmation call to the guests for their check-in. Instead the rooms were handed over to the next guests even without informing. Property - Stay Bridge Suites, Fermont, Seattle, WA. They had considered booking an other property the Holiday Inn Suites, Lynnwood, WA.which did not hep us as it was too far from where we wanted to stay. Despite cancellation at this new property we were being charged even without staying at the property. Never book a property with them Worst customer service.

I like the area in which this is located. I was on the 3rd floor, and didn't realize there was a 4th floor so it was noisy from a person above me. I had staff come in twice on me while I was actually in bed. I only got a "sorry" about it. The TV's were messed up and the remotes didn't work properly. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could be cleaner, toilet wasn't cleaned fully when I arrived to the room. Still wasn't happy about staff walking in on me.

Tried to get earlier check in and it wasn’t available, no issue at all. Went to check in at our actual check in time (2:55) and was told our room wasn’t ready by a rude and dismissive staff member she was beyond uncaring of the issue seeing as we needed to be in the hotel to get ready for a concert. After asking when the room would be ready she shrugs her shoulders and says “I have no idea I’m not the cleaner” she didn’t care about any of the several issues with other people staying and was too worried about when she got off. Saying that the guy coming in could deal with it. Which the guy was so nice and thankfully helped get us a new room. This lady was working Sunday and got off at three. We finally got checked in 20 mins after we were supposed too. But then was charged twice for the $320CAD hotel. Haven’t even tried dealing with the overcharging situation because she was so rude. A bonus was the room was nice and clean. Please deal with your rude staff member. I appreaciate the guy that’s worked after her Alex I believe.

A downright honest review. If your anything like me, you always get nervous about booking a hotel. Are the reviews and pictures a honest representation of the place your booking. When you open the door to your room and say wow or oh no. Well I can honestly say this hotel is bargain. This hotel is so close to stores and some great restaurants. There is a chic filet within walking distance. The front counter people are a mixed bag. Some are very helpful and some are less than. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS FANTASTIC. Eggs, omelets, and pancakes all included. The rooms were clean for the most part. Overall I would book this hotel again for the location and the breakfast. A solid pick and it won't break the wallet.

one staff at the front desk is very inpatient, not willing to answer questions at all, full of lying rather than trying to help or solve problems. She kept ask client to stay at other hotels instead of helping and listening. It is the worst hotel that I have stayed so far. Besides the soundproof of the rooms are very bad, cannot sleep well at all.

Stayed here with family and enjoyed the proximity to shopping centres and short drive downtown to tourist attractions. Great indoor pool and full gym setup. Complimentary breakfast and parking. A spill in the elevator and hallway remained for sometime but may have been overlooked as the building was undergoing some renos when we visited.

Almost everything in our room was broken. The phone was broken (not a huge deal) but then the kids wanted to heat up food and the microwave was broken! Definitely a bigger deal. Then in the morning the coffee pot was broken absolute b.s. and all they did was give us "points" (money off) our next stay. Bullsh!t. Kids had fun in the pool and the breakfast was good for it being complimentary
