When
I
arrived
I
was
told
by
the
front
desk
they
were
short
staffed
so
my
room
wasn’t
ready-
no
big
deal,
I
understand
being
short
staffed
and
not
their
fault.
My
room
was
ready
by
5
pm,
again,
I
wasn’t
upset
at
all.
When
I
went
to
my
room,
the
carpet
was
dirty,
I
could
tell
it
wasn’t
vacuumed,
the
bathroom
had
hair
on
the
toilet
and
urine
spots
on
the
toilet
seat.
One
of
the
comforters
had
a
dirt
shoe
print
on
it.
I
found
2
long
hairs-
not
mine,
in
one
of
the
beds
under
the
sheets.
I
didn’t
complain
which
was
my
fault,
since
the
front
desk
lady
seemed
overwhelmed.
I
would
have
gladly
waited
longer
for
my
room
to
actually
be
clean.
It
was
very
disappointing,
I
didn’t
sleep
well
because
I
just
felt
dirty
in
the
room.
I
love
staying
at
Holiday
Inns
and
will
speak
up
next
time
and
at
least
ask
for
clean
sheets
