Two
of
us
came
last
Friday
for
dinner
and
had
to
flag
down
a
waiter
from
another
section
to
even
acknowledge
us
and
bring
water
after
waiting
for
20+
minutes.
After
our
actual
waiter
arrived
and
took
our
order,
we
waited
and
watched
as
multiple
groups
who
were
seated
after
us
receive
their
food.
We
had
to
again
flag
our
waiter
down
to
ask
about
our
order
status,
and
were
told
that
the
kitchen
was
understaffed.
We
were
offered
soup
in
the
meantime
which
was
comped,
along
with
our
salad
and
pasta
entrees
which
we
ended
up
taking
to
go.
With
the
amount
of
time
we
had
to
wait
to
receive
our
food
and
for
the
inattentiveness
of
the
staff,
I
would
have
rather
the
host
told
us
the
restaurant
was
at
capacity
instead
of
seating
us
and
essentially
ignoring
us.
We
were
there
for
close
to
1.5
hours
total.
Our
waiter
apologized
for
the
wait
and
said
he
hoped
we'd
give
the
restaurant
another
chance
in
the
future.
The
problem
is,
this
WAS
the
second
chance
we
were
giving
Bazille!
We'd
been
in
before
and
were
seated
without
even
being
given
silverware
or
water,
and
after
waiting
for
20+
minutes,
had
to
go
up
to
the
host
station
to
ask
when
our
waiter
would
be
by.
The
food
here
is
good,
but
the
terrible
service
gives
me
absolutely
no
reason
to
want
to
come
back
and
be
treated
so
shoddily.
I
expect
better
at
Nordstrom.
