Both my pizza and mozz bread were wayyy overcooked and dry. This is unacceptable! They would never serve it to you like this in the restaurant, so why is it okay for delivery? Unbelievable

Great place for good pizza. Staff were very busy so it took a bit to get stuff. The pizzas are great, cook fast and are delicious! The fried calamari has great flavor. Good selection of beers.

Pretty awesome pizzas. The wood fire taste is amazing. Busy but not crazy crowded. The pizzas take the usual time you know, nothing that a cold beer wouldn’t improve. The pepperonis in the pizza are great. Very tasty peppers. Finished the whole huge pizza in one sitting, that good they are.

Saturday late lunch. Not busy at all. Food was great, loved the Rock theme as a first-time-visitor. We ordered a bucket-list drink - very tasty but it's not heavily loaded. Order something else if you want a buzz, but if you want a nice drink to go with dinner and appetizers, fear not. I would visit again.

Waited 40 minutes with no update on our food (which was just a burger and mac and cheese), we didn’t even order drinks. Finally after seeing our waiter helping other tables and talking to others, my boyfriend walked up to her to ask about an update on our food. She told him it hasn’t been that long since we ordered but she would check. When she came back she told us that half of our order was done but the other half would take around 5 more minutes and agreed with how long it took, yet made an excuse of one big table saying that’s why our order was taking longer than expected. An update would be nice to keep from customers getting frustrated with how long food should take, not only that but the table she was referring to was leaving.

Service was terrible in addition to the restaurant and restroom were barely clean. We ordered two pizzas and only one came out until we followed up with the hostess on where the second pizza was at as our waitress did not come back (we waited about ten minutes before asking). We also ordered two more drinks and it seemed the server forgot as well as they verbally remembered when they came back at one point. We also asked for napkins and never got any. In regards to cleanliness out table look like someone shredded a few napkins under our table and the bathroom had no soap or paper towels. Would highly avoid this location at all costs.

Was seated around 6 pm with two of my friends for dinner. No one told us more than half the menu was NOT Available. We sat waiting for about 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken at which point we were still NOT told that about 75% of the menu items were NOT available that evening. It was not until we finally got to try to order food after waiting for a good 20 minutes AFTER we finally got to order and receive our drinks that almost every item we had set on was NOT available. The food we were able to order was delicious. But the waiting and the unavailability was unacceptable.

Waited about 25 min to get seated, understand there is a worker shortage, so that could be why we had to wait to get seated, also a 9 member party in front of us, so that was fine. Hostess was kind and engaging while waiting. However, when we did get seated, out server showed up in reasonable time and got on top of things and seemed like things would turn around. Table ordered a plate of their garlic mozz, were excited to try it and see what it was all about. Got our side salads, our meal, and had time to eat it before the garlic mozz arrived. All while we could see people goofing around in the kitchen. Don't want to bash the server, as she was the better part of our experience, and was truly wonderful at making sure our drinks were full and trying to keep us updated. Was also let down by the food, as it seemed to not be seasoned very well and a bit misrepresented from the descriptions. More accurately probably 2.5 stars or 2.75. Not horrible, not amazing, and probably not a return. But, could be we went on an off day or when they were swamped with online orders and rushing, which would still be disappointing, but at least understandable.

Horrible. I ordered the sugar doughnuts & instantly had to spit it out after one bite because of how SEVERELY undercooked it was. I genuinely could have gotten extremely sick if I ate these. It wasn’t just one doughnut, it was every single one. This restaurant really needs to re-evaluate their kitchen because after looking at all of the reviews, this is a common occurrence. Extremely disappointing & confused how the owner/managers allow this to even happen?

Excellent pizza with fresh ingredients. Definitely can taste better than Dominos. Waitress is friendly and attentive.

Came in to celebrate my dad's birthday on a Saturday at 1300. Called when they opened, but no one answered and left a message to inquire if a reservation was needed for 7. With no response...we went ahead to see and found the main dining area was closed and the place is really quiet. Only spot open was at the bar. Sad thing is that there was only the bartender to man the place and 2 chefs in the back. Apparently there isnt really much of a staff willing to show up and help handle the crowds that came in waves. We placed our orders and expected to wait for some time considering the staffing situation. Not a problem considering we had a good group to chat with. Food showed up after some time and...well...it was good. Not the greatest, but not the worst. Good thing I like my pizza crispy...but it definitely spent more time in the oven than it should have. Wings have the usual hot sauce like other places. Would be nice to have more options and to crank the heat level up on them. Portion size is worth that though. No one really complained or had much of anything negative to say from the pizza and pastas we ordered. Cool thing is that the people around were good sports and joined in with singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my dad. I noticed that a table from earlier sat cluttered for the time from when we arrived to when we left. There was a gal who showed up and started helping the bartender. But I noticed a lady that had been there the whole time and didn't seem concerned and was above helping out any. If that was a manager...then I can see why people wouldn't be willing to show up and do what needs to be done. It almost sounded like an ongoing issue based off other reviews. I remember going here years ago and it's a shame it seems to have lost its fire...

Stopped by here on the 1st day of November after 7 and was told the Dinning room was closed. So we ordered 2 drinks and a Margarita pie. I enjoyed the beer more than the pie. Our waitress said she was off for a few days and she was not sure if they were out of the IPAs I asked for. The Mango Tango drink from the bar was missing alcohol. I would come back for happy hours on the beer but not anything else.

Ordered for delivery and was quite disappointed. I’m not sure how they allowed these chicken stripes to leave the kitchen. They are burned and not edible. For pizza we ordered the Bang A Gong. The pizza tastes okay, but is missing the red chili sauce and cilantro. It also has what I’m assuming is burnt crust all on the bottom of the pizza from their oven needing to be cleaned and makes eating it quite unpleasant. Please make sure your food is up to standard before sending it out to paying customers. This order cost $60 with delivery. You’d expect quality food paying that much.

Service was great, checked on us and filled our waters when needed. The pizza was amazing with a nice crisp crust. They also have really good beverages. I'll definitely be going back!

Most of the times I've been here, the service has been amazing. This time, however, our waiter seemed like he was irritated with us for being served for some reason. We miss spoke when trying to order cheese bread, and he was quick to show that he was irritated and quickly corrected what was said. I tried to order my soda and was intentionally ignored. He kept trying to walk away from the table, knowing our drink order wasn't complete and he seemed genuinely disappointed/ almost angry we were even seated in his area.... towards the end of our visit, his demeanor and attitude changed a little and he was a bit more kind to us. We left feeling really confused why we were treated like this.

Disgusted in an understatement… every single toilet looked like this. I have never in my life seen a restroom look this bad in any restaurant. I’m just glad we didn’t eat here. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like, let alone if the staff is even washing their hands (no paper towels) before leaving the bathroom and going on to put their fingers on your straw🤮

They have changed the red sauce recipe and it now leaves an after taste. Our server was nice and polite but didn't come by our table often and there were hardly any customers. My husband enjoyed his pizza. The dessert donuts were ok not wild about Hershey tasting chocolate sauce.

Worst gluten free pizza we have ever had. Family of 6 with 5 gluten free people. Gf pizza was very Undercooked, cheese not even melted, tons of tomato sauce. Kids were starving after 2 hours of swimming and they still wouldn’t eat the gf pizza. Been to this location 3 times (one dine-in and 2 carry-out) and there has never been anyone at the front. Service is always slow. My husband’s pizza (Can’t Stop Rocking) not gf was decent but it’s been better before with carry-out. We won’t be dining-in at this restaurant. Not kid friendly at all. If you are gluten free, don’t eat their pizza. Worst we ever had.

Went to the Rock Pizza in Lynnwood on Father's Day with my wife and son. We got seated almost immediately and the restaurant only had maybe 8 tables seated, so not busy at all. We've been eating at the Rock (mainly Bothell) since they opened the restaurants. Gentlemen server came over with our menu's and took our drink orders (1 mr pibb and 1 coke). Brought back our drinks and took our order. ( 1 large pizza and 2 side ceasar salads, one with chicken) When the Salads came out, the one with no chicken had croutons while the one with chicken did not (strange but whatever) The main problem was both salads had way Too Much ceasar dressing. We each had taken may 6 or 7 bites. I ate the chicken that was on mine and we told the server what the problem was and he apologized and took them away. Few minutes later he came back and said the manager took off the one with the chicken because it was the most expensive. I didn't quite hear what he said but my wife heard him. Pizza came and we had ordered it with mushrooms. Needless to say I think we saw 4 or 5 mushrooms. By this time at least half of the occupied tables had left. So now really not busy. Never did our server ask us if we would like refills for our sodas, while he walked past multiple times with our empty drinks sitting on the edge of the table. At $3.50 per soda a refill should not be a problem and a person should not have to ask when the restaurant is nearly empty. When our bill came only one salad had been removed and we were charged $6.50 for the other inedible one. This is and was inexcusable customer service! Especially on Father's Day when the Restaurant is Empty around 5:30pm. I work hard for my money and expect a pleasurable experience at a restaurant with my family when we go out.

Located off 196th St SW between 40th Ave W and 44th Ave W on the south side of the street. Visited, I mean attempted to visit on 4/9/2023. I was with a group of 15 who were hungry for some pizza, thirsty for some beer, but more importantly, just ready to chill out, relax and hang out! The group of 15 was part of a Southern California youth ice hockey team that was playing in a tournament at the Kraken Community Center. As the group walked in we were immediately told they wouldn't serve us because there only like 4 people working. I get it, people just don't want to work. We weren't in any hurry and would've been willing to wait for our drinks and food as they came out, unfortunately we were never given that option. The host went to speak with the manager who was holding up a wall with two other employees, about accommodating the group. After speaking with the manager, host relayed the bad news that they wouldn't be able to accept our money. We figured if they didn't want our money, we didn't want to beg them to take it! Luckily for us we found another pizza place less than a quarter mile away who was also short staffed but more than willing to accommodate us; Zeeks Pizza. Make sure to read my review on Zeeks Pizza, you'll definitely want to stop in over at Zeeks! In closing, it's unfortunate The Rock Wood Fired Pizza is short staffed, but if you'd explain that to potential customers, they just may cut you some slack and go with the flow. But, I guess that why there were zero customers in the restaurant. Best of luck to the place.

Horrible service here! we came to celebrate a family birthday. Totally ignored for first 20 minutes. I had to literally ask if we had a server and even after she finally came to table she pretty much couldn’t be bothered with us. Even got a couple eye rolls when we asked for refills, plates and silverware. Not sure I’ve ever had such bad service EVER. Makes sense that we were only people there on a sat night. I feel bad for the owner but needs to do some staff training for sure. Food was not bad but when treated like that will not be back. Good service is so important!

I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 if I could. Came by for happy hour, it's a huge space, a ton of tables. The drink menu and buckets menu is solid, I got a 'Supreme' personal pizza, and it wasn't bad, but it was nothing to wrote home about either. I'll be back as it's close to work and an easy happy hour spot.

Yummy and fresh pizza .. I loved it 🥰🥰 will definitely go back! Update .. I still enjoy it here & customer service is nice .. but for real .. why your red sauce on the pizza is just tomatoes paste .. it has no flavor.. İ was disappointed a bit this time. Will give it another try and if it's the same then it might be a bye bye.

The best! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Ms Olivia was our waitress and she was so sweet. I didn't get the name of the blonde lady who helped get our tables together and also checked in on us. Definitely worth traveling to. Also, the music was fun, just like pre covid days where you could order pizzas, pitchers of cokes, sitting around a table with the family, laughing, having a great time and food. This is now our pizza place for celebrations or ending a hard week. It was a great time and we will be back for sure.

Service was SUPER slow. Ti be seated took 5 min because host wasn't there. Once seated, server took our order and we never saw him again, well...we saw him walking around, but we sat there with no napkins, no refills, no Service! We had to flag other staff. He did show up when the bill was provided. Management, check your staff!! Pizza was good.

Not too impressed with the place! Ordered 2 BBQ Chicken salads and order of wings! Waited a hour and never got our food! Waitress wasn't on top of things, Asked twice for black pepper and never got it, never put any silverware on table! Group of people across from us Ordered pizza, which they got wrong, one of the girls Ordered tacos, she finally got them after everyone else was done eating! They brought them the right pizzas later! The bloody Mary's the wife Ordered were good, but it would have been nice to have dinner! After all how long does it take to make a couple salads? And throw some wings in the oven or fryer! Talked to manager and she compted the drinks! As we were walking out talked to some other people that had issues also! Probably won't be going back! Very disappointed!

Great dinner - good beers on tap, and the My Generation pizza was an awesome combo of crispy, tastes, yummy. Would have rated it higher but an hour wait for the pizza was just too long. Friendly service.
