    Placed an order on Feb 3, 2022, driver forgot my fresh loaf of bread. Offered to run back to the store and deliver or would credit my payment. I told driver to just issue me a credit. WELL, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I placed another order on Feb. 15, 2022, ordered another fresh loaf of bread, and I shouldn't have been surprised when my order was delivered, Yep, NO FRESH LOAF OF BREAD AGAIN! I called the store spoke to the manager who by the way TOLD ME HE WAS SUBMITTING A CREDIT FOR ME FOR $15.00. I never received a refund with my online payment, and checked my JJ account and nothing there with regards to a credit. Manager is a liar and a joke! This store doesn't read over their online orders to be sure they are complete before they are delivered. ** Fresh bread is the 1st item listed on my receipt. Don't claim to be fast with delivery when you forget items! I've had issues with their oatmeal raisin cookies too. :-( Looking for a better location!

    Love this jimmy John's. It's the only one I will go too. Outstanding team working there. Great subs. Lighting fast. In and out.

    The initial order taker and the manager were rude when I asked for an estimated time of arrival. The MANAGER doesn't know how his food is coming out? Embarrassing. The order took almost an hour for a shop that is 5 minutes away from my location. Upon arrival the driver was so rude, everyone in the bar noticed her sour attitude. They poked holes in my sandwich (See image). Truly disgusting.

    Jimmy johns is my spot, ive loved there sandwiches since day 1 that i tried it many years ago, other than that everyone should know the foods good and it is VERY fast delivery or pick up, had a few orders have ingredients wrong but for how often i order and how long i have, its impossible to be perfect forever.

    I come through here quite frequently and every once and a while I treat myself and my family to jimmy johns and I'm sorry subway but these guys make you taste the difference. From the fresh ingredients to the detailed app that lets you design your perfect sandwich it's all great. The workers are great and work very fast. There's a few times they forgot to cut my sandwich or give me napkins but those are things I can live with. There's also a Starbucks next door and I kid you not we place a mobile order in the Starbucks drive through and it's done by the time we get our drinks from starbucks. If that's not fast I don't know what is. I hope the company appreciates their amazing employees cause I do

    Freaky fast delivery my aunt Fannie. I suppose it should be OK to wait an hour when your told the driver is backed up on deliveries. I'd of got dressed and picked it up if I would of known it would of taken so long.

    Ordered sandwiches. Arrived outside only to receive a call that my order would be canceled because there was no bread. On a Friday, at 1pm, while I was visibly seeing people walk in and then out with sandwiches. The woman on the phone was rude and hung up before I even finished asking her for an explanation on how I’d receive my refund. Unusual for Jimmy John’s.

    Order is wrong almost all of the time. They are never apologetic and do little to nothing to rectify the situation.

    Very disappointed. I ordered a Vito sandwich for my granddaughter to go and asked to remove the capicola and provolone and just have the salami and extra cucumbers. When I got home and opened my sandwich there was only 2 pieces of salami and 4 cucumbers. I called the store and the manager told me everything is preportioned. I don’t understand why we wouldn’t get enough salalmi to replace the capicola if we didn’t want the capicola. I was still charged the price of a regular sandwich.. with only 2 pieces of salami!!
