08/28/21 5:35pm. My order is completely wrong. I've tried calling 5 times no answer. I have no time to bring back my sub because I'm at work. Made an online order. Paid for sliced avocado got none. Bread wasn't toasted. Wrong sauce. And was the sloppiness sub I've ever gotten. I took a picture of my receipt and what I got. An answer would be nice.

The workers have Definitely been upgraded since I was here last. Attitude towards customers (not just me) was great, not surly and miserable like the last time, which was probably a year ago or so. Keep it up!

The young lady who helped me was very nice.

Popped in for a quick dinner tonight, staff was great, greeted me as I walked in. Thinking they were training a new person. No issues. Will definitely be back.

The food is usually pretty fresh( as fresh as it gets anyways) the employees are usually pretty friendly and it's always clean

We try and support locally but unfortunately the staff does not know the menu. If you order a Philly it comes with American cheese but if you add fresh mozzarella they don't put the American on! It's a constant battle to get anything right. A a chicken bacon ranch and no bacon! How is it they don't know signature subs or they say we dont have a buffalo chicken sub its on the wall in store nothing new. Definitely not rocket science to make a sub. Its not just here but every place you go for something quick its just screwed up and they make decent money for a non labor intensive job plus oh tip us! So over it......

Closes at 9pm but was closed way before 9pm. Why say close at 9 when you don't even stay open till 9

Usually go in evenings but went at 1 don't know how but there was tuna on my sub. Highly allergic and told her that in the beginning. Called left number to talk to head manager I talked to woman who made my sub. Bet manager never got message. Sadly I usually go there at least once a month I live in Newark and drive to Lyons The manager has been given several messages.No reply and I have urgent care report I had a a reaction. All I'm allergic to is fish seafood. So don't go there

On Friday 1/19/24 I came to subway in lyons ny at 8:50 pm to get subs as I'm pulling in lights are on as soon as I park to get out of my car the person working shut off all the lights and proceeded to close.

I was buying gift cards. The clerk was pleasant and willing to ask questions for info she didn't know.

The ladies are very courteous and fun to talk with. The sandwiches are always great!

Got a good meal from this place. It is a small store with pleasing personalities behind the counter. Their sandwiches are very good.

The ladies here are Phonominal! The ladies are very courteous. Quick service gets you in and out quickly. The food is very fresh!

Just close it at this point …. On line say closes at 8 door say closing at 7 yet 630 all the employees decide to lock the door …and the employees inside just laughed over it

I wish I could give zero stars. I showed up at 6:45 today at Subway in Lyons, NY to get a sub. The door said they closed at 7. I started to get out of my car and the worker there purposely looked at me and locked the door as fast as she could. THE DOOR SAID CLOSES AT 7. I knocked on the door and said your door said you close at 7. She hid and wouldn’t let me come in. Prior to this when she was locking the door the customers leaving said, “right before we left she said she’s locking the door and she isn’t letting you in”... I won’t be going there ever again, and I am deeply upset that she did this! Hopefully I will be able to get ahold of corporate because clearly this employee doesn’t care about customer service at all.
