Lovely place, friendly staff. Horses well looked after. Cafe really nice and fairly priced food and drink. Free entry but definitely deserves a donation when booking.

visited for the 1st time today, all the staff were super friendly, welcoming and informative. The horses were all gorgeous and it was lovely to be able to walk around the paddocks as well as through the stables. they also have a great cafe! highly recommend a visit- it's free admission but a great cause to donate too when you are there.

This place is really wonderful! The work they do to protect and rehabilitate beautiful horses is truly inspirational. We booked online and turned up about an hour later, on Saturday morning. We were free to visit the horses on our own and in our own time. We met some really lovely ponies/horses which were being cared for by the wonderful people at Penny Farm and it was one of nicest mornings I've spent in a long time. It's clear that the staff there love them all! The farm is large and some 'residents' are outdoors in the paddocks, while the others are in indoor pens. There's a nice cafe and a small gift shop. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking, clean loos. Donations welcome (but otherwise it's free).

Ordered tickets online, quick entry, nice walk around the paddocks outdoors and tickles with the horses and ponies indoors. Quick cafe visit (limited menu but fine for a snack) and a souvenir in the gift shop. Takes up to 2-3 hours depending on how many horses you stop to visit and mobility including cafe

Lovely place great people, fab cafe. We had a last minute decision to go here and had a great morning looking round seeing the horses including some very friendly foals. Nice walk outside too finished off by very good cakes in the cafe. Thank you for a lovely time and keep doing the amazing work. Well worth a visit and a donation.

Visited here on a Wednesday. Lovely place and the staff very welcoming. Plenty of parking and easy to find. You have to pre book on line and it's free. You get asked if you want to be shown around or you can just walk around yourselves. Easy to navigate the farm. Plenty of info on the walls about the horses and the work they do. Plenty of horses to look at and stroke. The entire farm is clean and tidy and very well run for a working yard. They do allow dogs and you can walk around the many acres of footpaths around the fields as well. The cafe is great and there is also a little gift shop. All money goes to the welfare of the horses. Would 100% recommended popping down if you are near by or visiting the area.

Great place this, lots of helpful people around doing really worthwhile work. Lots of interesting information about the horses and their care and a great cafe and gift shop full of treats. We'll be back soon to see the foals progress!

Great views of the horses throughout all the fields, truly an amazing experience, especially since it was free. Great members of staff, and the would wasn't bad either, just a little long in the wait time.

Such a wonderfully calming place. It’s sickening to think that some of these rescued animals were so badly treated and/or neglected, but they are obviously so well looked after at Penny Farm, they seem to bloom. Visitors centre full of information, boards around the indoor stalls with information about each horse or pony and whereabouts they are on their journey to rehabilitation and a new forever home. A lovely little cafe where you can sit and see some of the indoor stalls. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Small gift shop.

Lovely time at Penny Farm. My daughter loved seeing all the horses. There's a lovely walk around the fields to do, too. Also, there is a cute little cafe that serves fresh food and drinks. It's definitely worth a little visit. Even better, it's free entry.

Great place to visit. To see the ponies and horses being helped by the wonderful staff. Reading about the trails and tribulations these lovely creatures have faced. Understanding what they've been through, how they've faced rehabilitation, and how they have found loving forever homes.

Go and support this place, free entry although they do accept donations, a lovely place in beautiful surroundings, staff are lovely. It's a very happy and sad place, happy to see the horses have been rescued, but sad to see they are so weary with people. Highly recommended A lovely cafe for food and drink too... We return every time we visit Blackpool...

We visited the Penny farm site as a birthday treat for my mother in law who suffers from Alzheimer's. They were great showing us round and in some instances getting her closer because she is in a wheelchair. We then went to the new cafe and had great food and service.
