    Absolutely disgusting. The restaurant is FILTHY. Dirty glass and the floor and tables haven't been cleaned for days! It's really disgusting! The food was awful too. Undercooked chips of which I took back and was given same chips just in a different packet. Staffed laughed at me and shook their heads. Unbelievable! Burger cold and rubbery. Just avoid. What a terrible representation of Burger king. I threw mine away and went somewhere else. What a waste of €19.

    Quite possibly the worst burger king on the planet. 70 + orders on the box and serving about 1 per minute. Food takes 20 minutes plus and even when you get it… the order is wrong including the drinks. Of the 50 people who went up before me, I saw 30 return to the counter to exchange items. Level of English spoken is good and the friendliness is too but that’s about it. Just not efficient and not quality

    The food is far too expensive for it’s taste. The wrap tasted like plastic ir rather had no taste at all. The cola drink tasted way too sweet, like it had only the sirup in it. Staff was confused and we didn’t even get straws and napkins with our food. Worst Burger King experience. If you are thinking of eating “cheap” at the airport, I recommend spending those additional 3€ elsewhere, since it’s pretty low quality anyways.

    The people were rude. Asked for chicken burger with no mayo, given with mayo. Drinks were warm, no ice. Gave us the wrong drinks. 5 of them were chatting gathered around a till and called their attention however my cashier said “I’m finished” and proceeded to walk off. My sister asked for another team member who also said “I’m finished” and started clicking in her face. At this point, I got angry. Another team member was swift to help us out, and I asked for a cup of ice for my lukewarm coke. Chips were also cold. As someone who works in retail, I don’t see my shift as finished until I know a customer is satisfied, not when the time sheet says the shift is over. Speedy service doesn’t always mean high quality. Would not recommend going here at all. Lack of manners.

    The atmosphere at the restaurant was clean and inviting, making it a pleasant place to dine. Additionally, the menu had a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I was impressed by the portion sizes, as they were generous and left me feeling satisfied. The staff members were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Burger King in Malaga Airport and would definitely return in the future.

    Very long wait for everyone's order (30 minutes). I watched as my number moved up the list, and as soon as it became available, I went to collect to be told they didn't have it. So I stayed at the counter until they realised I wasn't going anywhere, they then made up my order. 2 King vegetal burgers, I guess because they are not popular and not made to order, they were cold/ disgusting, and I had paid €21.40. Restaurant is not clean, Service poor but very popular, so why would they bother to change anything.

    The staff were lovely and it was quick but the food was just not very good. The burger was so dry and the coke tasted off. However it was quite early in the morning so this probably contributed. The chips were good tho

    I wish that you could pick the size on the drink and fries. We got almost a full liter of coke for one person! The King Wings were too salty. Service and wait time were OK

    There are 8 order screens, of which 2 didn’t work. We had to queue 5 minutes for ordering at the screens. When we finally had our menus selected, we wanted to edit the hamburger (since we don’t like sauce). The screen froze and we couldn’t continue our order, what resulted in waiting again for another screen (again a 5-10 minute wait). We waited 30 minutes for the food, what I totally understand because it was super crowded (there were 60 orders before us). The fries with cheese and bacon were really good. I didn’t like the Big King hamburger because of the sauce on it. They gave cola zero in a bottle, perfect for take away. Not the best Burger King experience, but okay for a crowded airport.

    Worst burger king ever. The staff is ultra slow. You pay in advance and then you wait 25 minutes !!!! Who Can wait that long in line before a flight? So... You almost miss your flight to get your order that they mixed up ! And the sandwich is cold (normal we could see all the sandwich waiting but the waitress did not give them to the people! She did not want any stress). The beverage is hot and taste like syrup. Go eat somewhere else!

    Burger King!!! Absolutely awful!!! Cold burgers and food, watching painfully inept staff try to put peoples orders together which meant that food came out cold. Laughing and gossiping whilst travellers looked on woefully. Burger King franchise in Spain has completely let the brand down. Dirty floors and tables beyond belief and I actually left half my food based on the food poisoning reviews below and the fact that the food was cold. I went to exchange my burger for a hotter one only to be given another cold one. I gave up. Maybe they don’t do anything about it due to the fact that they have the monopoly over tired and hungry travellers looking for fast food. My advice turnaround and find another option.

    I’m surprised by reviews. I’ve got a nice angus burger with chips, it was okay! The waiting time though was horrible, that’s very true, 20 minutes at least. However, there are a lot of positives like soft couches and sockets to charge your phone. I’ve also met a guy from Dublin who was drinking Smirnoff from the bottle sitting in his duffel bag, nice company to spend a few hours before your flight!

    Waited 15min for just 2 shakes! Really good shakes luckily (new flavor choc with oreo!) and a vanilla. Just in one size only. I worked in the restaurant business myself and my tip is, when you have small orders in between, like just drinks, do them first, don’t let people wait that long (at a FAST food restaurant)! Get someone dedicated to the drinks. And don’t let the crew take group pictures while everyone is waiting that long, will make people even more angry 😖 But apparently everyone has to wait long, full of complaints here. Not really a surprise if it’s a FASTfood place at an airport and everyone’s on a tight schedule and has to wait to long 🤪 I wonder what BK itself thinks of this or if they don’t care cause it a monopoly position anyway 😖

    Consider investing in more employees or finding ways to expedite customer service. Additionally, ensure that the waiting area is comfortable, similar to the setup at McDonald's.
