UPDATE:
The
general
manager
(
wouldn’t
give
me
his
name)
refused
to
comp
even
1
night
stay
stating
that
they
believe
they
have
“provided
satisfactory
service”.
The
front
desk
manager
Eduardo
was
very
nice
and
tried
to
help
but
said
he
couldn’t
do
much
without
the
general
manager’s
approval.
Don’t
stay
here
if
you
want
a
good
night
sleep
and
good
service.
Unfortunately
won’t
be
coming
back
here
ever
again
and
don’t
recommend
it,
especially
not
at
€250/night.
Here’s
why:
In
reality
this
hotel
is
a
3
star
hotel
with
a
5
star
price.
Unfortunately
the
service
was
truly
not
up
to
standard.
The
staff
speak
very
little
English,
which
made
it
difficult
to
ask
for
even
the
smallest
thing
like
a
restaurant
recommendation
without
Concierge
who
went
home
at
2pm
and
was
hard
to
catch.
The
one
time
concierge
made
a
recommendation
and
reservation
for
a
night
beach
club/restaurant
for
us,
we
got
there
and
the
place
was
empty
and
our
reservation
was
nowhere
to
be
found.
The
food
was
terrible
and
we
came
back.
Important
to
note
that
we
travelled
20
mins
each
way
and
it
cost
€45
worth
of
taxis
and
our
last
night
in
Malaga.
We
had
noise
issues
with
the
guests
above
us
dragging
furniture
around
at
8am
every
day
and
after
4
nights
of
telling
front
desk,
it
was
not
resolved
and
no
solutions
offered.
We
haven’t
slept
in
5
days
while
on
a
holiday.
Finally,
they
kept
taking
our
used
towels
from
the
floor
and
folding
them
back
on
to
the
shelf.
We
tried
explaining
this
to
front
desk
and
they
didn’t
speak
English
to
address
the
issue
with
the
room
service
staff.
Positives:
-Location
is
central
-Rooms
are
a
good
size
-All
the
toiletries
are
Clarins
-Friendly
breakfast
staff
(even
though
we
can’t
speak
to
them)
