I'm not really sure where to start with this one. How this salon has a 4.9 is shocking. My experience can only be described as somewhat traumatizing. I went in about two weeks ago for a trim & a root touch up. To start, it took 6 hours (CRAZY long). Sassy saw the balayage in my hair & started right in on touching it up. I'm new to getting my roots done so I thought maybe that was necessary with balayage & didn't say anything (my fault). I figured as long as he just touched it up, no worries. What I got was NOT a touch up & quite possibly the most embarrassing hair job I've ever received. Without asking, he gave me blonde money pieces SO high up that I didn't ask for nor did I have before. It was so blonde & I definitely did not like or want that. I expressed this to Sassy & he said he could fix those pieces the next day for how I liked it (very nice). I left with my hair curled thinking "not great, but he'll fix it. A misunderstanding." That was until I got home & straightened my hair to see how the cut was (tip: never leave with your hair curled. You can't see the layers). What I saw when I straightened my hair was AWFUL. The layers did not blend at all and looked like stairs. I was mortified. I was going to have him fix the cut too, but at the last minute, I went to a different salon in Malaga to fix my hair. Dye is one thing, but I was too nervous to have him fix this terrible of a cut. To add to ALL of this, Sassy gave me a hair treatment without asking (just told me it was happening) and without mentioning that it was 60 euros extra. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me for that as well until I said something. Unreal. Overall, if you're looking for a hairstylist in Malaga, this isn't it. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scarred.

Best hair cut ever! Sassy is a super talented hair artist and a wonderful person and his dog is so sweet. I stopped for a hair cut extempore and I felt warmly welcomed. I'm so happy for the result and to meet Sassy and his dog 🥰

Highly recommend! I have very thin fine hair, which is always a big challenge to hairdressers. But he nailed it. I dyed my hair and had a hair cut. Look at the result. So impressive. He is super talented and professional. My hair looked more healthier after he did some hair treatment after hair dye. And quite reasonable price.

What a marvellous hair experience! You can tell he really has a passion for hair. Nobody has ever taken so much time to put in the detail in just the cut alone. He is an expert in blonde tones and made my hair look so gorgeous. His product range is fabulous too. If you’re in Malaga, treat yourself with a Sassy hair-do!
