I was looking forward visiting and experiencing what this restaurant has to offer but I must say it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Maybe my expectations were too high and I ended up disappointed. Looking at the menu beforehand, I knew was on the expensive side and also knew exactly that I wanted to try the Tonkotsu ramen. Being an avid fan of Asian cuisine, I have had several tastings of such dish. I have ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and a glass of Verdejo. The glass of wine was very little in quantity for 4€ and the bowl of ramen already looked quite small at a first glance. The ramen had a half egg, 2 tiny strips of nori, 1 small piece of grilled pork the size of my index finger, few hairs of long mushrooms, an insignificant amount of bok choy, the soup and the noodles. The ramen soup was not as creamy as it supposed to be and lacked flavor. That little piece of pork was totally delicious but so little and so not work it for 13€. The waiters were very kind and nice, the food came out quick ( thanks to the prep work). Personally, the prices are too high for this type of cuisine, even if they call it “Asian fusion” it’s actually just a name. I don’t recommend it from the pricing and tasting point of view.

For the love of food I am always trying to find culinary treasures when I am abroad. Initially I found it hard to get any real quality food in Malaga. I mainly found tourist traps to be honest. Fideo Ramen is an excellent exception, it is an unexpected culinary highlight, almost Michelin star worthy. The price is right, the service the great and the food is to die for. Highly, highly recommended.

Nice place, good service, accommodated my food preferences. The boa were good. The ramen was not authentic and was more of a noodle soup, if you’re a ramen lover don’t go for the ramen.

The staff here was incredibly attentive (more than we are used to in Malaga), and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the gyoza as it is so beautifully presented and flavourful. The bao was really good too. I don’t know if the ramen itself was the best I’ve ever had, but it tasted good. The interior is beautifully designed and modern. Worth a stop if you are into Japanese food.

Nice place with welcoming staff. The baos and ribs were good, but you can get a lot better ramen in Malaga. Overall positive experience

Great place. Food always good and the ribs are excellent. But check if they have them as they don't always. The ramen is slightly small for my liking but the tonkotsu broth is good enough though not the very best I've tried. They always have specials too so check them out. Nice staff.

Called ahead to say we will be arriving in 15 min before 16:30. Google Maps says closing at 17:00 but when arrived 16:25 place was completely closed. Sad as we don’t live in Malaga and were very excited to try their Ramen.

Service was amazing and the food was out of this world. Very delicious and unique take on Japanese cuisine. We ordered the same thing about five times! We will definitely return, highly recommend.

The Tonkotsu ramen wasn't that authentic but it wasn't bad by any means. The appetizers were amazing - definitely try the mussels. The poke bowl was actually surprisingly good. Service was great.

For a place that calls itself Fideo Ramen you'd think the ramen would be good. Tonkotsu Ramen has a very specific kind of taste (especially when you have it in Fukuoka) this is nothing like it, and it just tastes bland. Instead of pork (which I see in other people's pics) I had two slices of bacon! There's also not much in the small serving aside from noodles. I know this is Malaga, not exactly known for Asian food, but for €15 I expected better. :-( They were also totally unconcerned when I told them I didn't like it. It was just, whatever. Too bad, I live here in Málaga and I would have been back to give it another chance if they showed any kind of concern at all.

Fantastic - if you like this kind of food it's an absolute must do if in Malaga. Wonderful lunch. We will be back for dinner 😋 (plus the Rioja Rosado is lovelly)

More of like an Asian-fusion place than straight up Japanese. Had a really good meal here - edamame, bao, and two of their "cold" ramen dishes, almost like a poké bowl with noodles. Nice space, excellent service, would definitely return.
