    It took 20 minutes to pay for a sweater. There were four staff behind the counter chatting with only one operating the till. We were the first of a queue of 8 people.

    Honestly, in my opinion, many of products are not made with good quality. I barely purchase there just stroll around and go to Zara or Mango for better quality.

😠 La chica que atendió hoy día 15 de Junio por la mañana, morena con pelo corto, parece q trabaja en modo robot. Le dije Buenos días y sin responderme extiende la mano para que le de la prenda y me dice :"¿bolsa?' ... creo q es necesario un trato más amable al cliente. No volveré más a esa tienda.
