Hemos probado bastantes y están buenísimos. El sitio está muy bien aunque no es barato. Recomendado!

Great five guys, the cashiers are kind and more than helpful with translating for those who can't speak Spanish fluently. The servings are generous and the service from each of the workers we interacted with were professional and serviceminded. The seating is clean and there is a watchful eye, making sure trash is gone and the tables are wiped down.

The burgers at this location are really good. Perhaps even better than the ones in yhe US. The people working were friendly and polite. On the weekend expect to wait in a pretty long line but weekdays in yhe winter aren't too bad.

Great burger meat but the bun was very soft and the whole thing fell apart in 5 seconds. Also v expensive. Service was pretty good but they messed up our order slightly. The atmosphere is not great. More like a fun park on a Saturday afternoon with everyone running around screeching. I suppose it was our fault for going to plaza mayor on a Saturday as that is an utterly awful suburban nightmare. Never seen so many ppl wearing so much awful branded clothing. Shockingly terrible.

Amazing friendly staff and the food just as good as I remember it from visiting the same franchise in other countries. With bad weather, we wanted to sit inside and since there aren’t many tables, we had to wait for about 10-15 min until one became available. Wasn’t a problem for us (group of 5), just keep in mind this can happen during weekends.

My family loves five guys, as we just moved from the United States. It is a welcoming atmosphere and always reminds us of home. We love all of their food, including the overflowing fries, and the peanuts (which they brought back). We love five guys and will definitely return!

The girl, who took my order, gave me the best service. She spoke English really well, was all smiles and gentleness. She was the one who told me that I could mix different milkshakes because it was for free. She even recommended me what she usually drinks, and told me to take on of each dip but those were also for free.. The man behind who gave me the food and milkshake was also all smiles and kindness. Five guys is something else entirely, ive been too there resturants in Dubai, Berlin, Malaga, and aix. Same flavor every time, and its probably the best burger in the world. And the shakes woow.

My boyfriend was so excited when they announced the opening of 5 Guys in Plaza Mayor. His couldn't wait to taste their milkshakes again, as he has never found anything like that in Spain. And boy, he wasn't disappointed. The milkshakes their as thick and tasty as in the USA. The burgers also tasted very nice. As it was my first time there, I liked that I could choose all of my condiments for the burger. The burger tasted so much better than in majority of fast food places. We'll definitely going to be back!

Just delicious!!! It's been far too long since I've had a Five Guys burger and it's was just as delicious as I remembered! Authentic, full meat patties (2 in each burger), crunchy bacon and smooth cheese slices plus all the extras you want to add. I had some relish this time - yummy!! The drinks are easy - simply choose what you want in the dispenser. Great variety and you can refill as many times as you like. Paper straws too. And as for the potatoes, OMG, they're just the best!!!! Highly recommended. You've simply gotta go and try!
