very friendly employee, online appointment on November 12th, 2022 for January 6th, 2023, very short waiting time on site, two new documents applied for, ten minutes processing, collection on February 10th. (5 weeks), completely satisfied, that's how it should be; Reinickendorf: right at the top in Berlin! Update: the above impression would be confirmed again, thumbs up, gladly again, unfortunately all documents have now been renewed

I mean the waiting area and rooms seemed incredibly provisional, but I was immediately called up at the time of the appointment that I scheduled beforehand online and the person that was helping me was friendly and fast

Good service!

Cars and vans parked everywhere in the pedestrian zone in front of the school's mayor's office and in front of the swimming pool. Blind markings are blocked. Parked on lowered curbs. When will something finally be done here so that pedestrians, students and disabled people can walk there safely and without parking?

A place to feel bad. Claustrophobic atmosphere, personnel not friendly. Horrible.
