I ended up stumbling across this shop, as I was at the Hackescher Markt on a Saturday; and how lucky I got ! I had my battery replaced for 25€ whereas Omega would have charged 400€ for the same service and taken weeks instead of a day (the primary watch expert wasn’t there when I’d gone). Not only is the store itself beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and very knowledgeable/professional. I would highly recommend this shop for those which traditionally crafted watches and those that would like to have a look at their watches.

Honestly the best service I have received anywhere, period. The store itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and is like a museum. Staff is amazing, and very kind. They fixed my watch on goodwill.
