Here again and they refuse to offer their reusable mugs as default but lots of non recyclable plastics instead. Please wake up Starbucks My last review a few weeks ago ...so you get what the brand says But they consistently avoid offering recyclable/cleanable mugs and insist on multiple plastic packed servings fir a simple cup of tea. It the company process they have to follow they tell you. If you care for the environment best avoid Starbucks

The sales ladies are so much interested in their own talk, that they easily mix your coffee order. Not talking about mess in the tables b which nobody cleans.

Quick service than you can expect. Loved it. Though they need to impeove on cleanliness. Tables are left dirty for a long time without someone wiping them.

Pay regular price but less service. Filthy place. Tables and seats are not cleaned. To top it all, after we had paid, the drinks (green tea lemonade) were out of stock. We had to change... Poorly organized.

Service is poor, Employee seems they are there because they have to. Customer attention level 0. Place is not really clean. Coffee is as usual.

I ll never come back to a starbucks after this. Bad quality, overpriced, bad service...

Pretty bad Starbucks. Salads were dry and old, with no dressing, the sandwiches were all wet and used cheap ingredients. Made the mistake of adding a dragon coconut drink… uff it’s so bad it got funny

The waiter was funny, and with good energy the cappuccino with caramel nice as well but NOT so much caramel.

I took a latte and my wife a caramel mocca, it did not taste the same as it does in other Starbucks, the coffee was too strong & the mug was full of foam (too much air, not enough milk)...really not worth it!

I ordered Americano, all i got was brown coloured hot water, no taste at all. I drink Americano every day and i know what Americano tastes. I complained to the guy that is working there, he insisted that what he served me is Americano, bad service and bad image to Starbucks.

Staff was extremely unfriendly and didn’t offer reusable mugs or heating up my bagel even though I was sitting inside. Rather poor experience in general

Overall a very awkward experience, didn't even end up getting anything because everything I tried to order I couldn't even order. The girl working there was not really helpful when I asked what I COULD order, she just gave a vague answer and was not very costumer friendly. Avoid this one

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Food sucks, no ice machine, dirty interior. God's forgotten place. Might be using MacDonald's coffee beans. Not using names on the cups.

Never seen such a slow Starbucks, 8AM and there is only one person to manage client (take orders and prepare orders)… good luck to the lady!

Chicken and bacon sandwich was very good, but coffee was below average. And my name of course was spelled incorrectly in real Starbucks manner.

Frank, the guy who works there is awesome. He should be managing Starbucks. Always positive, always takes care of everyone. Makes Terminal 2 a whole lot better. Make sure you thank Frank

Starbucks is starbucks. Just a little less cozy and little more expensive due to the placement in the airport.
