IF you question the treatment you receive you get a very rude response. If you ask just general questions they take this as an attack personally and make your life hell. I have met 2 doctors that were ok.. I ask for my journal since they screwed up and could not find me in their system, even prescribed me wrong medication. When I reach out unhappy and concern I got a call from the VC’s manager that was VERY RUDE, IGNORANT and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I think he thought it would scare me or make me change VC but that will not happen as I am a patient and HE/THEY work for me and you and they will give us and provide us w the care we are allowed, respect and dignity we should get!!! Shame on them for being this gross at the job/career they chose, we did not pick this for them! Rehab staff seems nice as was 2 of the 3 doctors I met. Manager hummm needs to learn etiquette and respect.

Quite unpleasant experience from reception and the nurse. They were quite rude and had no follow-up from the doctor. Appointed time is not something they follow, even when I was the only patient waiting.I was promised some test results, but they could not see any tests on my journal, overall beside the polite doctor I would not recommend this place.

I left an message at 1177 and wanted to schedule an appointment with a doctor. I got replied after 4 days and asked me to call and provided more detailed information. I called at least 10 times and nobody answered.... so I came and dropped in, but was told I cannot do it. I need to wait until 5pm and call them outside and book an appointment, I cannot even wait inside. The front desk is so rude and mean, I don’t recommend this place. It’s ridiculous!!!

Doesn't seem like they want to investigate any concerns that you have.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Most of the doctors and the nurses I have met there act like robots and are unwilling to listen and understand. Terrible experience, and I will definitely change this vårdcentral.

Poor service. Try to get an appointment for 1 week with no success. Tried with 1177 and in their chat. I decided to change vårdcentralen .

Reception area is quite sterile and if you are here for a drop in visit there’s no information on why they don’t call you up. Apparently they only call you up once a drop in doctor is available. So there you wait with no information until you ask about it. Like many others in the comments I didn’t get a nice welcoming in the reception. Once through the reception I met a funny and relaxed doctor and nurse, one of which was sipping on a huge coffee. Talking with them was fun which increased my rating to three stars. I hope they’re like that every day. A nice welcome and more information (any information) at the reception would have made the visit a lot better.

Unhelpful and very hard to reach.

Most effective and fast treating patient with kindness and respect. Am so happy I moved my Vårdcentral till den plays 🙏🏽
