This is why I hate shopping at your stores; March 2016: You people have a very, very poor selection. Especially the smartphone selection is hopelessly slim. Almost 70% of what you list on your web site is out of stock in your local store. Besides, your employees there know nothing about smartphones other than reading from their data sheet next to the price tag. I saw a customer asking for a device with NFC and your colleague just stared at your customer, not even aware of the invention of a thing called NFC.

Cold atmosphere. Personnel just hanging around. No concern for the client. Friendly approach and offer of assistance.

Was pretty nice. If you don't like to make shopping in rush with tons of people it's a good choice during the pandemic situation. It's every thing very good organized so you don't feel a huge discomfort about waiting 5 minutes before going inside. The staff it's friendly, inside it's very easy to find something.

Very friendly staff! Excellent service in After-Sales (especially return of products). But too many employees from brands directly which are proposing own goods and you have the feeling this staff is from Media Markt which is definetely not the case if they don't wear their jackets.

Customer service is poor.
