I was very pleased with my, almost a month long, stay at Jugendherberge Heilbronn. The location was convenient for the purpose of my stay. The view towards Nekar River and Wartberg Hill is very nice. However, at night, if the window is open, there is a noise coming from passing trains. The building is new and purpose-built. The lift is probably the worst part of it - it is slow and not very "intelligent." Probably it can be fixed with a better control module. The hostel provides facilities for various activities - table tennis and table football on ground floor were our favourites. Breakfasts are with a good variety, providing a number of healthy and filling options. People with more common special diets also have what to choose from. The staff is nice, competent, helpful and with a good level of English. Thank you!

Thank you so much for serving me in English and so kindly! The staff was very welcoming and simply lovely. Everything in the hostel was very modern, pristine clean, and functioned well. The breakfast had a wide selection and everything was neat and nicely served. The room was large with big windows, and the view was beautiful. The atmosphere was very calm and I really enjoyed the cleanliness. I felt very relaxed here, and had a wonderful sleep. All for a very reasonable price, which I was really grateful for, traveling with a low budget. Thank you, I will remember this visit!

If you are looking for a relaxing and a calm location to stay, this place is highly recommended. Very helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms made it a perfect stay for me. The Italian woman who is at reception was very helpful and a kind hearted person. Thanks to her for this wonderful gesture

Please do yourself a favour and don’t come here. The food is not tasty and repetitive, if you are hungry they won’t let you get more. They only say they clean, but truth is different. This picture is the dryer that they make you pay 5 euro for. I think they have slowest elevator in Europe. Even for 50% of the price is not worth it.

The receptionist has a huge attitude problem. Is this a hospitality business or what!? Can't even respond properly to a person. What is he working at a flea market or a hotel/hostel.

I would rather live under a bridge
