give

stars,
I
would.
The
absolute
lowest
of
the
low
on
customer
service,
with
the
Sixt
colleague
being
rude
and
COMPLETELY
unapologetic.
On
April
30th,
we
had
a
truck
rental
for
48
hours.
My
partner
arrived
at
the
Sixt
branch
to
pick
up
the
vehicle
but
an
IT
error
meant
that
our
payment
had
not
gone
through.
After
he
proposed
MULTIPLE
solutions
which
were
all
met
with
sarcasm
and
eye
rolling
(pay
with
his
card
-
didn't
go
through/pay
with
cash
-
not
possible/make
a
bank
transfer-not
possible),
I
was
forced
to
ALSO
come
to
the
Sixt
branch
to
pay
with
a
different
card.
This
fiasco
made
us
lose
two
hours
of
precious
time
during
which
we
were
supposed
to
MOVE
OUR
ENTIRE
HOUSE.
These
two
lost
hours
were
never
refunded.
No
apology
was
made
by
the
staff.
In
fact
their
attitude
was
rude,
'it's
not
my
problem'
type.
Now
today,
we
ONCE
AGAIN
tried
to
use
the
Sixt
service
to
rent
a
truck
for
4
hours.
Three
hours
before
our
start
time,
we
were
called
and
told
that
'there
are
no
trucks
available'.
Three
hours
before,
really?
After
we
both
take
time
off
of
work
and
make
all
necessary
arrangements?
Thanks
for
another
disgraceful
encounter
with
your
subpar
customer
service,
Sixt.
I
HIGHLY
discourage
anyone
to
come
to
this
company.
Lateness,
IT
failures,
no
apology,
no
commercial
conduct,
and
snide
remarks
from
the
personnel
are
all
that
you
can
expect
here.
