Store is unreachable. But with a lot of patience and time you can talk to an operator who doesn’t know anything and can’t talk to the store either. Dropped off tablet for battery replacement and it was taking longer than anticipated, without informing me. When I called the number provided, it was to a switchboard somewhere with some poor lost soul who knew nothing about my tablet repair and who was also unable to reach the store. So, despite available technology, all I could do was drive twenty minutes back to the store to get the status in person--primitive.
