One of the interesting things to see within the Schlosspark Nymphenburg grounds is the 19th-century Greek style pavilion located along the shore of Badenburger See (Baden Lake). This is a circular-shaped stone temple with bronze roof, supported by Corinthian pillars. The temple was built by Leo von Klenze (1862-65). You can walk pedestrian trails to the temple to view its decorative interior and spend time up close enjoying the temple. It is nice place to have a brief rest enjoying the lovely lake scenery and environs at this location in the park. Being situated along the waterfront, the temple can be seen very well from Badenburg Palace across the lake. You can take great pictures of the Apollo Temple from this location.

Fairly straightforward style of temple, but the location at tip of a quiet lake with greenery all around, is very relaxing and allows for reflection.

Beautiful place to take a walk in any time of the year. Spring, summer and autumn are definitely the most beautiful! Very idyllic and calming :) Definitely a great place for a weekend afternoon when it's nice weather!

I really liked the style in which Apollotempel is built and location of it. If you walking from Nymphenburg Palace there is a bench that opens a beautiful view on lake and this place. Worth your time to visit and take cool pictures or just enjoy attractive views.
