Its very poor and owner is fooling the people with fake reviews of his friends. I booked this hotel for my family. The property was extremely in bad condition. It is completely made of plywood. On the first floor you can feel the base is shaking and is very dangerous. It is build on iron structure which can fall any day. The rooms are very bad and moisture is each and every corner of the room and even on beds and blankets. Bathrooms are very untidy and in bad condition.My wife and kid got skin allergy because of this hotel. If there is an option, i could have given -5 star for this property. Owner is fooling people around. I suggest to see the hotel rooms first before paying any money to the owner. Its a genuine review guys. Don't get fooled by such cunning people and save your hard earned money.i am posting some photos for your reference.

I usually visit mandav 8-10 times in a year. And stay in different hotels but when I visited city villa. The city villa staff make me feel very important for them. The best part of city villa is FOOD & LOCATION. I’ll now always stay in this hotel.

Very bad structure (cannot call it hotel) made of iron beam and wood boards. Windows can be opened from out side of room and anyone can came inside. Rain water is coming inside room. Very damp rooms. Food is very nice but bit costly. Service is very pathetic. Will not recommend to stay with family.

This is a awesome hotel. I loved the view , it's totally in the green land. The food has never tasted so good in M.P Tourism also. We arranged a small DJ Party there and that was awesome. The owners are great, young , charming next door guys. Always ready to serve you with a smile. The Rooms are designed in very innovative way. Wish them all the best. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very earnest folks, beautiful location. A little secluded from the touristy part of Mandy, this is the perfect recluse from the humdrum of the town. The rooms are pretty basic, but a steal of a deal, given the amenities. They could've been a little cleaner though. The most impressive bit about The City Villa is the sprawling green lawn where you can dine out on a pleasant night. The food is purely vegetarian, don't expect chicken or even eggs if you're visiting. In fact, most of the places in Mandu serve only vegetarian food. And last but not the last, the lovely folks at The City Villa are very helpful. They arrange for the local tour, and take care of your pickup and drop off. They accept all modern modes of payment including Paytm. A must must visit for you if you're on a tight budget and want to stay a little away from the noise of the town.

Me and my frds stayed last night at the city villa. We had gone their by seeing review here. hotel is seriously good and staff is also good. Stay like this and food is seriously delicious keep it up.
