Chose the hotel for the beautiful location. The scenery and view was beautiful. But the service experience was very bad. The ac wasn't working so we changed to another room but the other room had a malfunctioned bathroom. The shower was not working properly and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Later at night we found out that the ac wasn't working properly here either. The floor was dusty and wasn't cleaned. Totally ruined the experience.

I liked it for its scenic location and cooperating staff. Bonfire dinner at the hotel lawns is simply awesome. They have recently renovated their suits and bathrooms. Person who is managing this property , Mr. Neeraj had asked his staff to get children pool cleaned within an hour at my request. I was travelling with family and stayed for two days.

Location of the hotel is excellent overlooking the beautiful valley surrounding Mandav. Food is alright. Large garden for organizing parties is a big positive, sufficient parking is another. Renovation of property is going on so the rooms quality will hopefully improve. Swimming pool has been recently added, the only hotel in Mandav offering a pool.

Had an amazing time having our meal here… This hotel cum restaurant is situated while entering the Mandu. It’s location near valley makes it extremely scenic…. Hotel has rooms and swimming pool… Food was awesome, ordered Masala Papad, Tomato soup, Veg Handi, Paneer Handi, Roti and Jeera Rice…. All dishes tasted great… we chose to eat in the garden so ambience was cherry on cake… Staff is courteous and service takes normal time… ample parking is available… Overall good experience…

Amazing rooms, can bring car inside to the room (huge plus, though probably only till COVID), the valley view is SPECTACULAR! restaurants ok-ish, but that's fine. Also considering the price, it's a steal!!!

Beautiful hotel right on the edge of the valley. Spacious clean rooms with AC in most rooms except two. Huge open space between rooms and the restaurant area makes it ideal for families with kids who want to run about. Food is good. Courteous staff and the management takes very good care of the guests. Love how the resort is right in the lap of nature that we got to spot the incredibly rare Civet cat. Only avoid the last room on the right side of the resort due strong odor.

Stayed here on 01.10.2023. Except the hotel location nothing is good. This is very old property, rooms are not maintained, service is extremely pathetic. Photos shown on travel website are old, actual hotel rooms are in very poor condition. Complementary breakfast is horrible (one slice of white bread, Poha and one Alu paratha, this is total complementary breakfast) Anything extra you order is chargeable. Staff service is even worse as they donot cooperate or listen to what you need. Location rating 3 Rest all services n rooms 1

Hotel is not maintained properly. Rooms are poor. Bathroom are not proper. Outside area is poorly maintained. Swimming pool is there but again just to see it. Overall if alternative is available one shud go there. The terrif at!appx 4K is high looking at room. Though the valli view of the rooms are good. Food is available of average quality. Beware of ants, mosquitoes, in rains.

Nice hotel with lovely natural view, located on hill, had nice stay with family, cost efficient hotel
