I ordered via drive-through, and the person taking the order clearly was not paying attention. I was given ice after ordering no ice. I polity pointed this out and received a look of annoyance. The person then handed my order and walked off. The lack of basic customer service was horrible. Then I see I've been given extra food (onion rings), so I pulled over and checked the amount out of my bank. I have been given and charged for food I didn't want. I returned to the "restaurant" and waited to see someone for a refund. They were looking busy but no one was being served. There was one family wait and noone in drive thru. I realized they really don't care for their jobs or food service. I left the onion rings on the counter and left. What a horrible experience, just to get a burger. Carl's jr..... maybe see if your staff care on any level.

No complaints. Not too long of a wait. Pleased they had milkshakes when Manukau couldn't offer. This always seems to be the case no matter what branch I visit - they either provide so many serviettes or too many tomato sauce packets! Lol

Came in for a quick lunch. Service good, table delivery service is efficient, help yourself a cup is a killer. Food is nice and hot. Price wise is also affordable. Overall a great place to be

Plenty of selection of meals here. Specially the Jim Beam Burger and onion rings! Worth the money. Thanks to all the staff that prepares our food.

Food was delicious but waited 10 mimutes for one drink, rang them while waiting in the parking zone for our orders to be ready, they say come get it from the window? Told them nope you meant to bring it out with the rest of our order them wait another 3 minutes till they bring the drink out saying sorry problems with our door wouldn't open, but wanted to dine in but only drive thru was available time was 11.30am

Not much of a Carl's fan, and on this particular day, service was average, chips were greasey, burgers were put together as if they were in a rush. Don't know why, there were hardly anybody in there at the time. Tables were not cleaned, understandable as it looked very under staffed. Think it was a tail tell sign of owners trying to save money. Oh well is what it is, don't think I'll be going back there.

Milkshake didn’t even taste like it was even shaked or mixed. Literally just poured the milk and the flavour then handed it over to me. YUCKY. I’ve been a few times nd tbh my food is usually cold/warm and stale fries like YUCK. Only making the complaint now because you’d think they’ll learn some decent costumer service here but nope. Hopefully better management soon to teach them some basic greeting skills to costumers.

They took over 10 minutes to take my order, despite it being far from busy. Disinterested, unfriendly and service without a smile. Waited 35 minutes for food, which is appalling considering the restaurant was nowhere near full capacity. Lost out on 6 paying customers as they took so long to take peoples’ orders, they just walked out and left. Two other groups of people were also complaining about how long they had to wait. The toilets were dirty and unkept. They should use this Carl’s Jr as an example of how not to run a restaurant. Will never return.
