As to be expected entering a large warehouse store packed with the usual items, however there was an abundance of service staff, the client service element was significantly missing. I had to discover where items were located by the myriad of signage & still consumed & impacted my shopping experience. I finally found a retail assistant who informed & directed me to the right designated lane. There's always room for improvement which is reflected in the 2 stars rating.

Great out here for the numerous stores of variety. I take my mum for clothes shopping to spoil her - fashion is wonderful for her age group. Most stores are of great convenience for all ages really & needs met. I prefer timeout out at these stores. Not crazy like malls. Great food options here & there, meaning spread out. I live in Mangere & this is my get away. Supermarket, The Warehouse, Banks, Bakery, coffee shops, Ugly Duckling is a fantastic mix of asian cuisine eat in or takeaway option. Rice, salad, meat bowls 🤤 Highly recommend 💗

Went shopping at the warehouse then postie plus.. The staff here is amazing at postie... I also came across a lovely staff member by the name of Agnes. Postie had affoadble prices.. And excatly the things I needed..heaps of parking in front and also disabled parking available to. Will shop here again in near future.

In general it is a good experience. I usually shop at countdown, the warehouse and the barber shop. In all these places I receive good 👍 customer service.

We went to have a coffee at one of the cafes, very nice food, and then sat in the car people watching while we waited for my family members to land at the airport, really enjoyed it

Great little precinct, lots of parking! There are a couple of EV charging ports in addition to space for camper vans. Supermarket, chemist, the Warehouse in addition to a couple of cafes and fast food outlets. Great for incoming traveller's to stock up for their travels!

Warehouse Stationary - 5 stars for helping with last minute printing needs. Thank you! I detract a star for only one changing room in use. Only 3 - one had out of order, the second, seemed to be always locked, and the third, thankfully not in use.

Very easy access, but exiting the carpark can be tricky if you're not familiar with the area. Shopping was good at 7pm on a Thursday, plenty of stocked items and staff.

Guy in paint section extremely UNHELPFIL. WAS DOING A $1000.00 shop and was rushed out of an area whilst choosing numerous hose fitting. They take time.

It's fantastic the roading around there is sorted because it's a quite convenient place to go for me and often reasonably quiet.

Good place to burn some time while waiting to pickup someone from the airport. You always find something to buy. Lots of parking. Toilets are not well maintained though. Don’t want to be rude or anything but those people asking for “donations” though as too pushy. Overall, its good place. And lots of store and fastfood.

It's convenient for picking up some groceries, or grabbing a quick bite from the couple of cafes there, and fast food shops. Lots of parking spaces, close to both Domestic and International Airport. Hotels Motels.

Convenient shopping centre while waiting to pick up or to drop off. Not sure if prices in Countdown are different than somewhere else, but really handy. Many people were probably parked in the parking just to wait and not for the shopping experience, aha. There are parking spots for all kind of vehicles which is cool.

This place is crazy cool n very interesting driving in to drop off rather than spend time to eat out ..so close to drive yet so far to stay n play.

Such a convenient & cute spot - been a regular since day 1. Mumsy even worked when countdown first opened & it's been handy whilst I was working Airport ways. Fun fact - KFC opens on Xmas Day😊🤭

The duty free shopping is good Prices differ from shop to shop so, if you have time then look around and then buy.

July 2023 This was a great place to stop and have a break before picking up an inbound passenger from the Auckland airport. There are several shops to visit whether you need coffee and cake or something more substantial. This is the place to stop. I would certainly recommend this place.

Went to chemist warehouse left wallet in the car upon my return my sister was followed in the store all because she put her vape in her pocket while holding the products she and I were both about to purchase

Stopped for some essential items I forgot to pack for my week long work trip. It's the warehouse what more can I say. Appears to be the only one in Auckland open till midnight.

Lots of car parking and friendly service. A nice place to sit and have a coffee, then pop into the warehouse to do a spot of shopping for gifts etc and then go next door to countdown for food shopping.

Great shopping center. Has all the basics and always has parking, even during crazy times of the year. Expanding at the moment so interesting to see what new shoes are going in.

Check your purchases properly at Warehouse. I got what should have been 3 pack of socks, it only had 2 in it when I opened it at home! To far to bother taking them back!

This is my go to for when I need to do grocery shopping without being around too many people. Easy access, heaps of parking. It's not a mall and I honestly wish they'd have other clothing outlet stores there too. But over all you can pretty much get alot done here.
