Parking is fine, near by parking on main square will do the job or parking in a near by streets is a option too. Service is fine, but it take forever to get thé food. The time since se came till se get the food was 50min. To be fair, they have notice in the menu about longer waiting times. But I wish we would get the food earlier. Overall great experience! 4/5 is very suitable. Burgers were ok, nothing special. One last negative thing was that the place was poorly lighted. Don’t get me wrong I don’t like huge lighting in the middle of room, but this was not good.

A must-visit if you're in the area. Great beer, and fantastic food. I'm not much of a chips/fries person, but these were exceptional. (I ordered the 100g Hot Machete burger and it was delightfully spicy, and filling) 5/5 - will definitely visit if I find myself in Melnik again

Best Dark czech Lager i have ever tasted, good barkeeper and friendly waitress. Food and beer is a little bit more expensive than usual but absolutely worth. Also good variety for vegetarians to eat. Best pub in Melnik. Waiting time between 30 minutes and 1h 30mins. Mondays quiet empty every other days really full. Also really warm inside. Only one standing table where you are allowed to smoke a cigarret.

47 Kc for an small Spresso? They abuse the foreigners in here! Place has a high humidity and condensation inside. We were dinning, Hamburgers have no more than big names, with bad quality ingredients, normal size and high prices. Service well... arrogant. I cannot recomend it, you find plenty better places around! Eat a Pizza somewhere else. By the way, this City produces not only wine, but also Beer! Excelent beer is served all over the places, and smiles are included in the price, in other locals!

I've been coming here a few times a year since it opened - it's the best burger in the country I've had, and certainly the best in my country (Poland). The beer they make themselves is something my wife craves during the months between we are back in Mělník. I really recommend everything (I've had the menu a few times over), my wife is a dedicated loyalist of the goat cheese burger (kozi syr) and the fries with their garlic sauce are excellent. On busy days service can take a while - they always tell you as you sit. English menus are available though the staff doesn't generally use English, and they are often pretty busy so may be in a rush. I've always been satisfied with the service, but for those who are maybe not use to Czech/Polish/this part of Europe, it may seem a bit cold.

Unfortunately after 4 years, seems they take the slide down. We order jack Daniel's burger and grilled goat cheese. Waiting for the food over 30 minutes. The burger was made with store mayo and catchup, the cheese was was also average supermarket over a bunch of green leafs (here I am not sure if the leaves was not washed properly or there was a seed from fig tree) but the experience was like eating sand. Also we order the "non alcoholic beer", drivers put attention, in the menu it is a non alcoholic beer, but on the board is written 0.5 % alcohol. In my opinion it is higher. Then I order a Elderberry limonade witch was a glass of ice cold water without a taste. The only positive thing is the personnel. Sorry to write so hard review, but they need to wake up. Overpriced a lot. P. S. Please fix the roof, the noise is unacceptable.

Great place to have a beer and enjoy a burger. Lots of variations with the drinks and with the burgers (menu is limited to burgers and a couple extras, this means there is a lot of time and energy in the great burger you eat!). The staff is friendly, polite and social. They’re honest and adding or removing things from the food is no problem. All in all good experience, thank you!

Vibe - V - Awesome underground vibe, very cozy and welcoming, perfect lighting for a proper meal. Taste - III - I have eaten FAR better burgers. The meat was dry and the bun was not awesome at all. The patty was only the smallest one but instead of making it thinner they chose to make its diameter smaller which makes the whole sandwich smaller, better for kids’ portion rather than a not so hungry adult. Cost - II - a very small portion cost as much as a large portion somewhere else. Recalculated for taste the situation is even worse. Beer - IV - i tried two, one was beyond perfect, absolutely balanced taste and a very good one at that!!! The second was just the opposite, taste of beer mixed with water. Unbalanced, not good! Service - V - friendly, patient and happy to assist. Music - IV - music to my taste, not too loud so you can have a proper conversation with your mates. Toilets - IV - nothing to write home about but CLEAN!!! Overall 3.85. Don’t forget to adjust for importance, maybe, for you, taste is more important than vibe.

Now this is a find. Some of the best food (only burgers but AMAZING burgers) we've had in the Czech republic. Great selection of beers from this micro brewery. Highly recommend. One of our highlights in the whole country

Overall an okay burger place, sadly by the time our burger and fries got to our table the food was already a tad bit on the lukewarm side, so that was disappointing, the bun wasn’t very soft, got overly toasted and became crumbly. The place was packed so we had to wait around 30-40 minutes which was not an issue for us. Beer was tasty.

From the outside, I was hesitated to go inside. It looked suspicious to me and I didn't know it's the burger restaurant. I thought it was a beer bar or something. So I went inside with my curiosity , and it was a worth. The burger meal was so good and delicious! Plus you can play their own game in your smartphone!

Very good experience! This is a great place to eat in Melnik, so I always recommend this restaurant to my friends. Burgers are tasty, made from fresh meat, however coming without side dish, that you have to order extra. In the last two occasions waiting time for burger was more than 45 minutes (we were politely told by waiter), but amazing fries with herbs and garlic dip and local beer made our waiting bearable. Staff is friendly, warm and welcoming our four leg friends. Never had an issue to pay with card.

Just had a Czech Ale, from Nomad Brewery, "AK 47", at Němý Medvěd....... Really good, delicious, the choice of hops was very interesting..... Service good as always....

Their own beers are quite good. They also have a selection of tapped beer from other small breweries, which is great. Unfortunately, all you can have to eat is burgers. There's no nakladany hermelin, no tlačenka, no grundles... And the waiting time for your burger can exceed one hour at a busy time.

Burgers looked amazing, but were really dry and well done. I guess we should have emphasized, that we wanted medium rare , because we saw other people having more raw meat. Although lack of taste wasn't just in meat. Spicy burger was barely spicy and really dry. Medium burgers were really big, so if I ever come back, I'd go for smaller one probably. Beer is delicious, service is nice. Fries are also really nice, but portion was tiny for the price.
