    Am giving them 3 rating and belive me it's good bcoz all reputed developers like ganga, majestique etc are busy selling there flats with poor internal quality walls. For good construction quality opt for flats with internal walls built of bricks or myone construction like megapolis CRM team is too unresponsive. 99% of the time they will not give you response & will be too lazy to provide you information. They simply disconnect the phone. COnstruction quality is too bad. They make water floating internal walls (AAC hollow bricks, google this type of bricks. It develop cracks and can't withstand any weight!) . (Its too weak than red bricks and breaks easily)🪵 😳. CONCLUSION 1. Water support 💧 - 1/10 2. Electricity ⚡️- 1/10 3. Crm team - 2/10 4. After sales support - 7/10 ( will update regularly). 5. Building age - maximum 30yrs As per current construction quality!. 6. Litigations - No. Should you opt for it?. Yes because 95% all developers are like these only. Water 💧, Electricity scarcity is because it's not under PCMC. Any society you opt for is facing same issues. If you got 5 to 6L more, go for myone buildings. Those don't develop cracks, are literally worth the money!.

    Worst behaviour of sales team especially Shivani Dwivedi. She was not interested in providing any information or explaining the project details. Even rejected our request to show the flat. If you are not interested dont attend clients. Firstly you should understand that it takes efforts for people to come and visit the project as location is soooo out of city that it takes forever to reach there. On top of that we have stressful traffic of Hinjewadi so this clearly shows that we are not taking such pain for just time pass. Work on your attitude !! This project is not the only option left on this planet !!

    Worst society for tenants. They treat tenant as money making machine that has no rights. They charge extra amount to tenants for using society amenities. If you need than go for Kohinoor tinsel County rather than Kohinoor coral

    This is a Premium Residency in the heart of Hinjewadi phase 3: The Most Posh Area of Hinjewadi IT City. It is within walking distance from Megapolis Chowk and the Metro Station. The location is both premium because of Kohinoor Coral being in the IT Hub of Hinjewadi Phase 3. Kohinoor Coral has 5 High Rise Condominiums with 14 floors with 6 Premium Flats in each floor. The Towers are Robustly Built with Best Quality of Structural Design including spacious lobby and wide staircases with broad landings. Two High Speed Hospital-sized Elevators from Schneider are installed in each Tower. All electrical Fittings are copper from Schneider Electric. All Bathroom fittings are Premium from Jacquar. Master Bedroom's Bathroom has Solar Heated Hot Water supply, which is literally free to use at existing maintenance charges; a rarity until now. Power back is not only for Common Areas but for Living Room fan and Light in each flat; another novelty introduced in this project. The Swimming Pool and Gym are State-of-the-art alongside the cute park with slides and swings for children. Only issue is most Parking is in an open area. Special Mention from Kohinoor Mr. Ashish and Vinesh More. Special Mention too to Prathamesh Kulkarni, Mohan Shedge and Dhananjay who are Associated with Kohinoor Group. This Condominium Deserves a Definite 6 Star Rating.

    This project is very much inside and not worth the price quoted by the builder. Ideally 2BHK for 40 lacs is good deal considering water scarcity and power cuts.. instead buy in gram panchayat you will get big area and below 40 lacs

    I am tenant here and was planning to buy a home in Kohinoor, Good things Good environment and cleanliness and security Podium is good for evening walk and gym swimming pool is good Not so good things 1.smell of waste near drive way 2.continuous tanker water 3.out way drive path not yet started 4.after so many requests by owner, video door phone not yet installed 5. Water seepage inside the flat, owner requested for action but no action till date, they asked to let the rainy season pass but it's been 2 months now after the rain has stopped

    I am a ownner,Of 308 t3 .The after sales team of kohinoor is so pathetic,that they harass you over every thing.The CRM is disrescpectfull,they will insult you on the call and give financial threats for even one day delay. They charge 50k extra for pre sanctioned loan even if they cant get it sanctioned. The CRM keeps calling for money but ,when it comes to delivery of flat they dont deliver any thing on time. Very very very poor experience

    We bought a 2 bhk here. The initial interaction was with the sales team.i think yellow skrapper or something. The person we were communicating was miss mansi ,very rude and unprofessional behaviour. I am perticularly taking her name because she treated us very badly.clearly told If u can't afford to take here go and see Rama group construction. Also they have separate team for leagal account and possession.no proper communication in between. We have to keep calling them and ask. Very bad experience.....Kohinoor should not hier such people . It damages their name.
