My daughter has been a patient here for 7 years. We drive an hour and half to come here because she LOVES them. They are so supportive and caring. We would highly recommend for burn care!

I can't begin to thank the staff enough for their kindness, patience and overall dedication to my son's recovery. This is not a place I ever wanted to visit, but after a freak accident, my 2yo son ended up with burns on all his extremities. Dr. Amin has treated him like he was her own and has eased every fear and concern we've had as parents. Her attentiveness and confidence have given us so much peace of mind. The entire burn unit staff has been so amazing with our sweet boy and so very kind to my husband and I throughout all of our visits and our long stays. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Absolutely was floored by everything! The staff and everyone was amazing! My 4 year old autistic son was treated so well I was worried when coming in and everyone was so nice and the child’s staff person Chelsea was amazing! So was Eva/ I can’t remember her name by she was amazing!

I thought this place was great at first. On our second visit we waited well over an hour past our appointment time. Since that visit I have called twice and left messages for the medical staff to call me back and they don't bother to do so. When I called and tried to talk to an office manager I was given the runaround and they refused to connect me. Won't be back. I'd rather go to Nashville.

I walked in and found that they were very nice to me, and they Listened. Mine is almost healed dealing with them. Thank you all so much for helping me. I'm Almost There😄💞

Absolutely wonderful staff! My teen son went in for follow up for grease burn. The staff was incredibly polite, caring and professional. They did an exceptional job!

Please listen if you are black drive to Augusta Ga burn center.They treat blacks different than white patients .You will still be in pain and will have scars because of the differential treatment.Please people I have never seen anything like blatant racism .We must fight for fair treatment and you won’t get it at Joseph m still Burn Center.My grandson 1yrs old treatment makes me think of how maybe in the 60’s or earlier was treatment of n-word .I am flying him to Houston Tx for fair treatment.My poor baby .What’s said Dr Chowdhry is brown too and he treated my grandson horrible

Trashy people that don’t care! I needed help getting out of my car as both of my feet are burned and in the worst pain ever and they denied me help! I had an appointment at 1:45 and had to sit in the waiting room crying for 40 min. No one at this facility cares! They are only here to make money 0 stare if I could and would never recommend!

All the doctors and nurses I've seen are totally professional and compassionate about their patients but there is one nurse that I'll never forget that has that star quality about her. I think her name was nurse Ava or Emma she speaks with a European accent and the only reason I can't remember her name was for the pain I was in from my injuries. But I sincerely thank the whole team for their expertise & professionalism.

My wife was seen in the burn unit by Layla, Lashanda, and Molly RN And they gave her the best care. Very friendly staff and made her feel comfortable. Very dedicated and amazing staff.

They took good care of me back in 2017 when I was burnt up. The reason for the rating I gave, they changed payment systems, so the automatic payments i was making stopped and THEY turned ME over to collections on a $10,000 balance when until that point, I had not missed any payments.
