Staff was great, place was clean! People seemed to be doing their own thing and enjoying. There are deals on Tuesday evenings and Friday nights that are worth checking out on bowling. Food was bit expensive and I was not a fan of the bone in wings. That’s a personal thing with breaded bone in wings also you come here for a drink and bowling and food isn’t the main priority. The food service was quick. Would recommend checking this spot out. And with an arcade and a pool table there is more than just bowling. They have a 5 week pass and a summer pass for bowling that’s worth a look into as well

I had a good time. Everything was neat and clean. The Clerk that rung up my bowling games was so super great she answered all my questions well to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was to my liking. I would like to come back when their full Bar is at functional use so my friend and family can have a ball. Thanks I appreciate everything with your business 😊

Went with my daughters on a Saturday around 6pm. the staff was very very pleasant. Explained everything to us since it was our first time at this location. Honored the First responders” special. The establishment was very clean and organized. I saw the staff from the concession stand still delivering food to others tables, even though it was explained that they were short staffed and you would have to get your own food. The music was very nice. Everybody was having a great time. Definitely will be back. Great job guys!!

It’s spring break & wanted to start with fun to it’s ending. The entry in was great, nice lady was helpful to set us up, etc. She said my card needed to be on file to start the process. Cool, no problem. When we were checking the shoes back in, the “Wig Wearing Women” that favored Madea was RUDE AF! I asked her how the “card on file” worked and she raised her tone & went off on me. Lady you need to work at chic fila so you can be trained on compassion, etc. You don’t need a job if you cannot handle people asking questions! I’m not so sure what’s wrong with “us” but clearly “we” have an issue with each other. Other than the RUDE AF “wig wearing woman” the kiddos had fun.

We were at the bowling alley for a tournament and it couldn't have been a better experience. The tournament was well-run, the manager of operations Todd was a really nice guy and hard-working, the only issue I had there when the bathrooms could have been cleaner - you guys need to clean the walls in some of the stalls. The food was delicious and we had several things over the course of 2 days. We enjoyed the well-stocked Pro Shop, and the vending machines with bowling supplies in them. Every single employee that I spoke with was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks to everyone at bowlero for making it a fun visit. We look forward to more tournaments at bowlero locations, hope they're all is good as this one.

It was my first time bowling there, and I got to say " It was wicked awesome!" I mean, not only does it have bowling lanes, but it has a wild arcade as well. I love it!

The bowling experience was great from beginning to end. I booked my daughter’s party through an agent with Bowlero and Mr. Lane was great. He was helpful and kind and very responsive. On the day of her party the bowling alley employees greeted us with smiles and treated us like they were happy we were there. Dennis and Wanda were absolutely wonderful- Extremely pleasant and professional! They were both attentive to our needs. It’s the kind of good customer service you don’t see anymore….so refreshing. I’m truly thankful they were a part of our bowling experience and we’re already thinking of other events we can host at the Austell location. Thank you all for making my daughter’s birthday a day to remember.

It accommodated our large party of like 13. The lanes we were on kept getting stuck but the manager was adimit about fixing the problem quickly. The food was actually pretty good. I would recommend that they use a number system for orders though. A few meals got mixed up and people food got eaten 🤷🏾‍♀️. The restrooms were pretty clean and the kids seemed to like the arcade. The manager was the nicest staff member the other workers seemed a little bothered. The lady at the front desk was doing more than just her job which made the desk wait a little longer. Overall we had fun still, just some minor hiccups. They offer free water because of course the food can get pricey depending on the size of your group. They had a 27$ a head deal. That's 3 games and a game card. Without it I think each game is about 7.50$ per game plus show rental. They do have a bowling shop that have decently priced balls if you serious about your game. It was fun.

Excellent location. The Lanes were well maintained. Every employee I met was extremely personable. It felt like talking to old friehds.

Bruce in pro shop drilled holes on two of my bowling balls and did an awesome job. Very professional and he made my visit at Bowleros a great experience. The crew there are very friendly . I would highly recommend Bruce for sure .

Attended the Southern Collegiate Classic in November and had a blast. The staff done a great job and kept all services going. Dennis ran a great tournament and minimal issues with lanes. Keep up the great work.

Really enjoyed using my Pop Slots coupon that included 2 pair shoes and 1 lane. Still rather we expensive. Couldn't belive 4 sods cost 20 for 4. Had coupon and still cost way to much

Bowlero is a nice spot to go to if you want to bowl casually, practice, and they have nice leagues from what I've observed. Went on a Saturday night with 2 brothers, and it cost us a total of 78+ dollars. 2 unlimited, and 2 games for one. That's crazy high to me, considering other alleys haven't been that high. The unlimited bowling is only good if you have your own lane or two people per lane, MAX. Haven't tried the food, I don't go to bowling alleys to eat. But it has a good atmosphere, and the lanes were oiled properly the few times I've been. 👍

It's an older bowling alley but the lanes are always dressed and in great condition! They just renovated it. The pro shop (Bruce) is always so helpful with anything you need. Will drill your ball for $30? I know it was cheaper than Stars and Strikes in Dallas. Dennis is the GM and is very organized when it comes to running a league. My husband prefers this bowling alley to any other alley. Food is good, like any other bar food. They have an arcade and bar area (I think pool tables too).

The staff wasn't very pleasant. Closed the lanes while we were still bowling. The prices were outrageous. There wasn't much activity as far as customers, so I couldn't understand their behavior. They won't get another dollar from us.

It was a great time. I went for my niece's birthday party. We had a blast with the family!

Updated review. There was far too many people in this bowling alley. I mean,it was packed. Although they only book every other lane,it was still packed and very warm.from the number of people there.. We literally had to leave early because the management had us right next to another family of 6. We were too close for somfort. We left before our games was even over because we cant risk getting sick. I totally understand businesses are getting hit big time with all of the reductions and social distance rules. But its either follow the rules or keep the doors shut. I've attached photos of tonight. This was 30 minutes before closing. Just imagine an hr earlier when it was at its peak. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have good flat bread pizza. Variety of ball sizes. Game room with air hockey and up to date games. They have weekly specials including drinks. Always clean and a good crowd of family oriented people. There's even ALOT of couples and small groups bowling.

Horrible don't waste ur money the staff is disgusting sitting on the tables cussing smoking weed outside and on Sunday not telling us that we couldn't bowl past five so when we were in the middle of the game they were rushing my kids and then when i asked why the girl at the checkout and a huge attitude don't waste ur time or money and then when we pd they had a nerve to ask for a tip - here's a tip drug test ur employees

Been going for the last 4weeks I definitely enjoy the scenery.

My wife and Eye bowled here with the family. The family ordered the pizza, Hamburger with fries. Eye had the spicy chicken with fries. Eye enjoyed the fries. The punch was good as well.

I like the place the guy overcharged me for games played. We went this past Sunday me and my son only played 2 games at 7.39 per game the guy said we played 6 games which we didn’t and was charged 44 dollars for 6 prime time and I told him we only played two and he said time flies when u having fun. I found that disrespectful and I wanted to get a corporate number so I can be charged the right amount. Make sure y’all know how many games u play before they over charged you. I still need the corporate number.

Fun for the whole family! Food and drinks a bit expensive so eat before you go but also like that they do serve adult beverages 😉 There is much fun to have as a date night or friendly get together for friends! Genuinely enjoyed a night out shooting pool having drinks with a friend! We were served by an amazing bartender who was knowledgeable and personable with great hospitality! This establishment has overachieved my expectations with service and fun for all! Big thanks to Brandon for the awesome night and memories to cherish! Bowlero is for sure a go to place anytime for fun!!!

It is good for what it is, a bowling alley. There is nothing special about it other than the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are a disgusting site to behold and smell. Do not come here expecting to see modernization. It is very reminiscent to the bowling allies I bowled in the 80s and 90s. All three pair of shoes I tried on were torn in half at the toes and held together by tiny frags of string.

Excellent for bowling, entertainment and the drinks are great as well! Had family and friends over at this bowling alley and they never disappoint when it comes to customer service and delivering an experience that everyone can enjoy. You can even get your own shoes and bowling balls made which is dope. Highly recommend and looking forward to return for a 7th time! Haha

My family always have a wonderful experience here! This place is amazing! I love the staff! The food is good, and the music creates a fun vibe! Sam is also very welcoming and attentive! I think this is going to be our weekend "kick it" spot!

We bowl here regularly and this place is clean, food is pretty good and reasonably priced, and it always lots of people . That part is a bummer at this time bc lots of people can put anyone at risk of the virus. However they have bowling specials we like to take advantage of. Lots of balls available and shoes. The staff is also really friendly

The kids enjoyed it. You can tell it’s old but it’s bowling do it works. Small arcade. The air hockey table stopped working on us but the manager fixed it and gave us another game. The staff was nice. Bowling is fun anyhow so not a way to mess that up. If you’re looking for all the frills and thrills, choose a different location. If you don’t care about all of that, book a lane and have some fun!
