We used to order from this location a lot--more than I'd like to admit, really. Lately, we've been very disappointed. The same mistakes keep happening, and have happened each of the last few times we've ordered. I'm not sure what changed with staffing or management, but it has made an impact on this business. Delivery has become very, very slow. The food arrives a good 15-30 minutes later than the END of the quoted delivery window (so if it said 45-60 minutes, we'd see it at 75-90 minutes). I don't mind waiting for food, mind you, but I hate being lied to about how long it's really going to take. With kids and bedtimes and routines and such, an extra 30 minutes of delay can really matter! Quality has also suffered. At least one of the pizzas in EACH of the last few orders we received has been undercooked and doughy in the middle--almost like they shaved a few minutes off the intended cooking time on their ovens. But if that's the case, why is the food still arriving so late? It's a head-scratcher. I'm not a picky eater, and I don't expect a lot from Papa John's (or any franchise pizza shop). But I do expect businesses to deliver fully cooked food within the quoted delivery window. It has become a trend, and I feel a review is now necessary for that reason. Bottom line? I would recommend choosing a different location to source your order from until they are able to improve.

If i could give zero stars i would. My wife placed a order for delivery and hour and half later no food. Called the store had her on hold for 10 minutes i called and somebody who claimed to be a manager argued with us saying he couldn't find the order and that he looked it up by phone number and name. My wife stated she had the order number of which he stated he couldn't look it up that way. I would rather go the extra mile to a location that has better customer service than this place. They will try and steal your money. STAY AWAY

If you’re looking for a quick meal for the family this is NOT the place to order from. Ordered online for delivery and didn’t receive our food until 2HOURS later. That’s AFTER I had to call to check on my order. And guess what… the pizza was cold. Just go home and cook or order from either Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Are y’all okay over here?? Papajohns is a guilty pleasure but the last three times I’ve ordered it’s been awful. The first time they didn’t put sauce on the pizza. Just cheese and toppings. The second time they didn’t put toppings. Just sauce and cheese. The third time it was marked delivered and never was. I waited 3 hours total and when the replacement arrived, it was missing the two sauce cups I paid extra for. Then tonight. Half my pizza was missing cheese AND sauce. I literally order a medium pizza with two toppings everytime, nothing weird, nothing extra and they have never once gotten it right.

I ordered pickup online. The pizza was ready when I arrived on one occasion and I had to wait for few minutes despite the message I received pizza was ready on two other occasions. The staff was friendly. The pizza itself was ok. The typical pizza chain stores pizza.

I went to Papa John's late at night after work around 1045pm and they made my pizza fresh for me. The pizza was good plenty of pepperoni!

Cold pizza!! It only takes one time to know this is a bad store. Dont give your drivers cold pizza just to get a better score. FAIL safety and quality is horrible and i called manager to address issue with him directly and he referred me to another company.

I tried twice to order a few pizzas. The girl wasn’t paying attention clearly.. I. Called back to see what my total was gonna be and they didn’t even process my order. How do y’all make money if u don’t bother to put in what the customers order? The 2nd time I called to check my total he put me on a long hold cause it was to loud for him in the store. What are y’all doing down there? Not making pizza for payin customers
