We
used
to
order
from
this
location
a
lot--more
than
I'd
like
to
admit,
really.
Lately,
we've
been
very
disappointed.
The
same
mistakes
keep
happening,
and
have
happened
each
of
the
last
few
times
we've
ordered.
I'm
not
sure
what
changed
with
staffing
or
management,
but
it
has
made
an
impact
on
this
business.
Delivery
has
become
very,
very
slow.
The
food
arrives
a
good
15-30
minutes
later
than
the
END
of
the
quoted
delivery
window
(so
if
it
said
45-60
minutes,
we'd
see
it
at
75-90
minutes).
I
don't
mind
waiting
for
food,
mind
you,
but
I
hate
being
lied
to
about
how
long
it's
really
going
to
take.
With
kids
and
bedtimes
and
routines
and
such,
an
extra
30
minutes
of
delay
can
really
matter!
Quality
has
also
suffered.
At
least
one
of
the
pizzas
in
EACH
of
the
last
few
orders
we
received
has
been
undercooked
and
doughy
in
the
middle--almost
like
they
shaved
a
few
minutes
off
the
intended
cooking
time
on
their
ovens.
But
if
that's
the
case,
why
is
the
food
still
arriving
so
late?
It's
a
head-scratcher.
I'm
not
a
picky
eater,
and
I
don't
expect
a
lot
from
Papa
John's
(or
any
franchise
pizza
shop).
But
I
do
expect
businesses
to
deliver
fully
cooked
food
within
the
quoted
delivery
window.
It
has
become
a
trend,
and
I
feel
a
review
is
now
necessary
for
that
reason.
Bottom
line?
I
would
recommend
choosing
a
different
location
to
source
your
order
from
until
they
are
able
to
improve.
