Hotel Motel Extended stay hotel

😠 Can't reach anyone at the hotel... Call menu says press 0 for front desk operator but no one ever answers and that's the only option in the call menu... Incredibly annoying and completely unprofessional. People often mention room, service, stay, hotel, week, money,

I have been to budget motel (hotel) before, but this place is the pits. Stains on the mattress, the room smells weird, and they have the nerve to ask for $50 in cash as a deposit to not smoke in the room. What?!?! Who does that? Maybe it is a Georgia thing… I wanted to leave but I just spent $60 for an Uber to get there. Can’t wait to get out of here on Sunday. If you are on a budget, then go to a Red Roof inn and not this place. Wifi isn’t great. Customer service wasn’t good until I showed the guy my Military I.D. and just like that his attitude changed. Wow. I love this state, but right now… I can’t wait to get out of here. Please read the reviews before you book a hotel room. I got this room solely due to Convenience to get the Riverside Epicenter. Don’t book this motel if you are going to the epicenter from out of town. You have been warned

The very worst. Room was dirty. Everything was sticky. The bathroom was disgusting. There was blood splatter on the tub and toilet. Had to change room twice. We slept in our clothes on top of the bed left within hours. Would not recommend.

Our family reserved a room for our first visit to Six Flags as a new season member. We first we informed that our room was given away, and another room was ready. The room had insect carcasses (roaches, ants, flies, etc.) in the bathroom toilet, on the countertops, and throughout the room. We addressed the manager and he informed us that all their rooms were thoroughly cleaned and offered to show us another room. Upon entering the room, we could see that it had been some time since it was dusted and some of the mirrors and counters still had child-sized handprints from the previous tenants. We attempted to convey our concern about health and safety and the staff's responsibility of keeping the facility up to regulatory standards for cleanliness. The owner then refused to speak about the issue further, removed our key cards from our possession, and still billed for the services. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else; unless you need an HOURLY RATE.

The manager at this location states that rooms are $320 per week and $55 dollars per night plus tax which is $67.70. I went to pay for a night and he tried to false advertise by telling me that the room is $65 plus tax which made it $76, and then I called and pretended I was someone else such as a different race than myself, and he told me $55 dollars plus tax which is $67.70. I feel that this manager discriminates against certain races of people and this matter needs to be dealt with.

This place needs some serious upgrades. They need some stimulus money or something. At least clean the place. There are a lot of undesirable people living here and it has become a big ghetto.

Convenient location walking distance to six flags. Very quiet, well lighted and lots of parking. Video cameras everywhere so you don't have to worry so much of your vehicle ( also cobb county drives the parking lot regularly). STAFF was very friendly and nice it's (family owned) laundry room is easy access. Rooms are clean and did not see one bug the whole stay (we stayed 3 wks) daily room service. If I ever need a hotel again this will be it!!! Also Convenient to highway 20.

OMG what a dump. If Prince had diarrhea, this is what it would've looked like. I'm pretty sure you need a Tetanus Shot after just riding thru their purple parking lot. And to be so close to Six Flags?? How is this place even allowed to stay in business? *A review is the reviewers own experience. And no amount of Fit Throwing changes anyone else's description and/or experiences.* Please make a note of it.

The hotel could use some updating, but for the low price the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and cold. Perfect to come to after a long day at Six Flags!! The customer service was phenomenal. Our 7 year old accidentally left his favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked out. The staff found it and put it aside, then mailed it back to us at their own expense!! We will definitely stay there again!!

Friendly service. Great rates. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to Sixflags. Had a great time with my grandchildren. If you need a place to sleep between activities it's a good budget friendly place to stay.

The family and I came to Six Flags for the Fourth of July weekend. We always stay here, this time we stayed from July 2 to July 5, 2021. The manager and staff is always friendly and nice. The room was clean, ac work, the mini fridge worked great, and the microwave worked. No one has never mess with our vehicle. However the best thing about staying right here is, if I don't want to drive to the park, it,s only a 5minute walk to the park.

I love the place. Right off I-20 and right by Six Flags. The walls are thick and you can't hear anyone next door. Everything works. Excellent cable channels and TV. I have two computers hooked up and no power has gone out. Powerful hot shower and one of the managers, Mercedes is gorgeous and fabulous...great personality. I saw her yesterday and she wore her long curly hair down and it was so super modelish.

If you're looking for something that's attractive this is not the place for you. I will say that the residents and the service was really great. If you're in a pinch and you don't mind scaling way down, this may help you.

I originally moved in because I was told that I'd pay $320/week for the first four weeks and then only $250/week thereafter. On my fourth week, I was then told the policy had changed and I'd have to continue paying $320/week. The whole purpose was to eventually be able to save money so I could get my own apartment or house. When I inquired about this policy change to another "employee," she wasn't aware of such a change... Another issue is the office is never open for service. They're supposed to be available after 10am, but there is never anyone in the office to assist you. I like that the rooms don't have roaches or bedbugs (even though the laundry room and walkways are filthy), and the area is safe for the most part because Cobb County police ride through frequently, and the location is quite convenient, but the overall customer service is lacking. It's $36/night or $320/week. Tell me how that makes any sense?
