As you can see in the picture below there is something god awful in my beverage. We also waited an hour from the time we walked in to the time we got our food. Horrible experience if you’re considering going to chilis turn around and walk out the door of this one. The staff does not care about your existence. They gave us dessert with no fork and we had to wait about 7 minutes after asking for forks for us to finally get one….. so disappointed. While we were there we noticed another family fed up and walk out as well. I have fallen into deep sadness after this experience……

DO NOT EAT HERE! From the bar girl nasty attitude to servers having a nasty attitude. You will wait 30 minutes on a slow day because they are to busy talking and gossiping about the customers. Food comes out cold, under staffed and i can go on. Sad to see someone money and investment is going to crash because of the people running the location. NEGATIVE STARS

Horrible experience! 1 server waiting 3 tables max yet what appears to be a "manager" sitting and not even helping. It's clearly more important for her to be on her phone than serving customers or helping her co-workers. That's terrible leadership and likely why no one wants to work here!

Tuesday night...6:30...restaurant was 75% empty...told it would be a 45 minute wait. We said okay. The hostess started to walk away, then looked back at us confused, "Oh, you wanna wait?". We were going to, but on second thought, no. As we left, I noticed several employees just hanging out and sitting in booths. Not sure what has gone wrong with this location, but we won't be back.

The worst experience ever at chilis. I've traveled for work. For a while and never been to the worst chilis. The bartender lady gave me and coworker attitude as soon as we sat down. Pressured us to order "so are you ready to order or not. After looking menu for 1 minute. Then refills our drink out of the same mugs used for our first drink then when ready to pay she gives attitude right away about splitting the bill etc. So we take food to go and man the worst attitude and experience we had to bag our own food to go. Don't recommend if you ever in Georgia... look at this molded 🥦

So, I normally hate Chili’s… despise it. We went to the Chili’s in Austell. They’re super short staffed but we were blessed to have Cedric as our server. I haven’t been sleeping well and my eyes are super dry. He rubbed my shoulders and made me laugh. We watched as he took care of the half of the restaurant that was open all by himself. He didn’t complain. He was attentive to every table and so kind. The food was amazing. After we had already paid our bill and tipped we were complimenting him. He told us he is just trying to stay positive and take care of things since his mom passed away from bladder cancer last October at Emory. Our mom passed away due to bladder cancer in May. We know what it is like to keep moving forward when your heart is shattered. It’s hard, so dang hard. To work that short staffed and be that kind when I’m sure a lot of customers aren’t very understanding is impressive. He proves that you never know what a person is going through and it costs nothing to be kind.

The absolutely worse customer service. They are so nonchalant and rude when it comes to customers service. If I was the manager, I would fire them on the spot. There is a way to speak to customers and there is a way to handle issues with professionalism. There needs to be a workshop or training on how to answer the phone properly and how to problem solve in a professional manner. Until these issues are resolved, I will not waste money on poor service. Chili's please do better. There are several comments explaining that the establishment is not up to par. Please do more than leave a comment.

I come to Chillis all the time, but this has to be the weirdest and worst experience ever. First the food was nasty. (Crispers Werent crispy or hot at all) . The bartender wasn’t friendly at all, and had this smug look on her face the entire time like she didn’t want to serve me or anybody at that matter. I’m in the service industry myself, and overall I was disappointed. This is the 2nd-3rd time I’ve been here and service has been this way or they’ve been out of items. The Kennesaw location is much better and I won’t be coming back to this location.

I used to love this place. But now the service is beyond terrible. No one greets you at the door. No one seats you. Me and my wife have stood on several occasions waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence. Only to told there will be a 30, 45 minute wait and the restaurant is completely empty. They need to fire every last single person over there. Starting with the manager and every server and cook. Then hire someone that wants to work and serve the public. This used to be our favorite restaurant in the area. It used to be packed with people enjoying the food and service. This is an absolute waste of real estate. I will not waste another minute of my time going there again until it COMPLETELY changes!!!!!

I would highly recommend this place! Our server Joshua!!!!!!! Thats all I'm going to say! When you go ask for JOSHUA to be your server!!! This place has a great atmosphere, excellent food and wonderful servers!! We will most definitely be back!

Where to start with this place, still short staffed. They were out of chips, only 1 type of soup, no salad , and no salad dressing. Only had plastic utensils. Only had the bar open . Had to wait for a table when the whole restaurant was open. The bathrooms were nasty. The lemonade tasted like powdered mix. The cajun chicken pasta was 1/5 chicken felt like rubber and it was cold.

I recently placed a to-go order at this establishment, attracted by their late-night availability. However, I was disappointed by the underwhelming steak and rice, and the noticeable understaffing.

Chili’s Austell location. To Go should be ashamed. I ordered two bowls of soup and two brisket quesadillas and I received what is shown below. The soup barely was two spoonfuls and the quesadillas were thrown together and were missing pico de gallo, ranch and anything else on the picture. I guarantee that I wouldn’t have been presented something like this had I dined in, so why send something like this out?! Mind you, it was assembled by Mikaela and she missed the entire mark with this order. If I would’ve checked the bag before I left, I would’ve requested a refund. I won’t do myself or my family like this ever again.

Always enjoy my Baby back Baby back baby back. Didn't have them this last visit though. The food & drinks were great as always(see pics). The downside to this visit almost made me rate it a 2-3 ⭐. But thanks to our waitress & MOD who was working the kitchen and the door & tables so diligently to deliver the best experience possible under the circumstances. Which was the severely short handed staffing. Lastly I had a coupon for $10 off of any $30 purchase. Which my bill was well over but the system from corporate wouldn't accept. It took almost 20 additional minutes for us to get a correct bill and it still wasn't correct. With all that said I'd return again. Corporate needs to do better. The workers were definitely doing everything they could under the circumstances.

The service was outstanding, I waited Michael was probably one of the best waiters we've ever had at any restaurant. They did a birthday wish for my wife and was very good everybody participated thank you very much. All I asked Michael to do was bring her cake and he put on a heck of a show. Thank you so very much haven't had that good of a service in quite a while.

Went in around 4pm, was told 15-20 minute wait. No problem. 35-40 minutes later. Nothing. Only a party of 2. Apparently, there are only 2 servers on the floor. On a SATURDAY? Half the restaurant was shut down because they didn't have enough servers. Couldn't even get sat after waiting around 40minutes. Do better.

Heather our server was very nice. We had a few drinks, chips and a triple dipper. Everything was delicious, we will be back!

I mean we waited for our food bout 45 mins but our server i think tina was great. i was not happy with my over cooked fries and boneless wings. We had our food sent by twice SMH I mean get it together

Two meals for $25 including appetizers and dessert was a great value! My son had the ribs and he said they were amazing. The 6 oz sirloin was great too. Dessert was yummy cheesecake with strawberry drizzle! We had about 10 min wait for dining in. The bar can fit about 5 with social distancing protocols which they enforced.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a Sunday. It was pouring outside and we decided to eat at the bar, it was quite but it was sunday. The bartender greater us, he is awesome and the only reason why I'd personally come back. The food was ....meh to say the least. I ordered a med rare steak, I got medium almost well done. The drinks were good. People at the bar was in good spirits.

They were short on Staff, but the food and drinks were as good as always! Keep in mind, that the menu has fewer items to choose from, but the selection and food are still great! Always fresh food and hospitality at this location!
