I
frequently
go
to
this
location
because
it
is
the
nearest
one
to
my
home.
I
am
a
vegetarian
woman
who
only
eats
my
sandwiches
with
cheese,
lettuce,
onions
and
black
pepper.
The
person
making
my
sandwiches
(Mark
Appleby)
made
two
sandwiches
for
me.
When
getting
to
my
sandwich
I
wanted
extra
lettuce
he
told
me
no
because
there
is
no
way
to
charge
for
it.
I
said
I
understand
but
that
is
all
I
am
getting
on
my
sandwich.
I
come
subway
at
least
once
a
week
and
he
has
refused
to
make
my
sandwich
with
extra
lettuce
for
three
times
now.
Every
other
person
gladly
puts
extra
lettuce
on
it
without
any
hesitation.
Park
in
turn
threw
away
both
of
my
sandwich’s
while
I
was
standing
there.
This
is
his
third
time
doing
that
as
well.
I
am
disgusted
with
the
lack
of
customer
service
he
displays
to
me.
I
always
get
great
service
from
every
subway
I
go
to.
In
order
to
get
a
sandwich
I
had
to
go
to
the
Publix
in
the
same
parking
lot,
who
again
had
no
problem
giving
me
extra
lettuce.
I
would
like
to
speak
to
something
regarding
this
because
it’s
a
shame
to
have
to
in
counter
someone
like
Mark.
He
refused
to
give
me
his
name
just
walked
off
after
rudely
throwing
my
sandwiches
away.
I
had
a
sandwich
for
my
elderly
mother
who
loves
subway
as
much
as
I
do.
The
employees
looked
disappointed
that
he
wouldn’t
give
me
extra
lettuce
and
even
offered
his
name.
