I
have
been
a
customer
of
Green
Lotus
since
2015.
The
cashier
was
never
that
friendly
but
I
ignored
his
attitude
because
the
food
was
good.
On
Monday
June
26,
2023
I
ordered
my
standard
dish,
Chicken
Egg
Foo
Young.
My
take-out
order
consisted
of
3
nice
size
patties,
however
there
was
NO
chicken
in
the
patties.
Since
the
restaurant
is
closed
on
Tuesday,
I
brought
my
uneaten
portion
of
the
patties
back
to
the
restaurant
on
Wednesday.
I
assumed
the
chef
mixed
up
my
order
and
forgot
to
put
the
chicken
in
the
patties.
The
unfriendly
clerk
refused
to
hear
my
complaint
and
insisted
there
was
chicken
present,
but
it
was
not
chicken.
It
looked
like
a
chunk
of
egg.
Then
the
clerk
asked
for
my
phone
number
to
confirm
that
I
had
actually
placed
the
order.
Well
he
found
it
and
I
found
this
ploy
insulting,
I
would
not
bring
food
back
to
an
establishment
that
I
didn't
buy
from.
The
clerk
then
questioned
my
loyalty,
and
said
his
records
indicate,
I
had
not
been
in
the
restaurant
since
2020,
so
I
am
"NOT"
a
loyal
customer.
I
couldn't
believe
this
type
of
scrutiny
over
a
$13.95
Chicken
Egg
Foo
Young
dinner.
I
ordered
take-out
religiously
during
and
post
pandemic
and
I
know
he
knows
my
face.
By
the
way,
the
dinner
was
originally
$8.95
and
now
it's
$13.95.
I
am
not
complaining
about
the
increase
in
price
as
I
know
since
the
pandemic,
all
goods
and
foods
have
increased.
Bottom
line,
I
was
humiliated
and
not
offered
anything
to
remedy
the
situation.
I
am
done
with
GREEN
LOTUS.
Poor
customer
service
and
BAD
attitude.
Please
pay
attention
to
your
order.
GREEN
LOTUS
doesn't
deserve
to
be
in
our
community.
