I used to enjoy red lobster and dinned there frequently. After covid I had not returned until 3 days ago. The service was mediocre and the waitress wasn't very outgoing or Friendly. The food was terrible. I don't know why everything was so damn salty. I felt like I was dining with a horse 🐎 because everything was like a salt lick. I don't remember every having salt in the melted butter but there was more than enough to dehydrate you in it. The biscuits were over salty and so was the potato. We paid 70.00 for food that wasn't even enjoyable. What a waste of money. Don't go unless you eat salt by the container full.

Second time coming here this week. The lobster tail and grilled scallops are my favorite. They also have a decent selection of sides which makes the customization lot enjoyable. The service was good and they have plenty of their house bread. Couldn’t ask for more from a chain restaurant

My mother and I went to Red Lobster today. We were taken care of; with good hospitality! Our waiter Toby was very sweet, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. We ordered our food. I had the Kung Pao Noodles; and they were delicious ☺. The service here was great.

Me n my fiance came thru about 3 or 4 yesterday. Susan was a great server. The chef cooked our cheesesticks, artichoke dip, N.O. Salmon meal, and mixed shrimp meals were exquisite

The wait could be long. Mine was quoted 35 minutes but took over an hours. Was worth it. Great attention. Convenient location. Parking is tight but there is a nearby lot about a minute away. The employees were engaging. The food was delicious. We had a delay because of the staff shortness but we had a great time and didn’t mind one bit. It’s pricey but good so I may return if have something nice to celebrate.

I do not usually eat at Red Lobster because it is one of those chain restaurants that has never changed. They all seem stuck in the 90's. This restaurant was clean and the outside looked a little more flagship. The atmosphere was good with not to much noise so each table could have conversations. The staff were all welcoming and quick. We ordered and had our food within 15 minutes and it all tasted fresh. The restrooms were clean and fresh smelling. Overall great location to eat at.

I ordered a bowl of clam chowder and six biscuits to go. What I received was two cups of cream with clam juice and oil mixed in with NOTHING solid... No potatoes, no clams, nada. The biscuits were mangled but tasted good. They also failed to include cutlery, so I ended up just drinking it.

This is a nice place to be,right from entering the place you are greeted by an associate and if you are lucky to see the manager on your entry he will also greet you warmly, the place is neat and comfortable.

I ordered the admiral feast and it was awful. The portion size was very small. Everything was over cooked and tasted the same. Sweet tea was basically sugar and water with a hint of tea. The only thing remained the same was the price.

Person taking order over the phone was very dry and not helpful when I inquired about choice of sides(she only named 3). There was dry rice with my order which I didn’t order. After taking my cc# she said “it went through “ and hung up. The shrimp scampi was in an uncovered dish allowing the sauce to spill all over the take out plate. The battered shrimp was bland. Huge disappointment from other Red Lobsters we’ve ordered from previously. There was no customer experience, food presentation or food quality considered.

The staff was able to make covid-19 safe accommodations at the last minute for a party of 11. Everyone was friendly and our waitress Savanna went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this location and staff. This restaurant was pootie. No seriously it wasn’t worth the money, the food was not hot, or flavorful. I had cold slaw in my drink and I did not order cold slaw. The menu variety is little, I do not recommend dining at this location.

Terrible, will find other location next time. 6 tables had customers and restaurant had 7 waiters and a bar tender . Myself plus 3 other people like me were kept waiting on their called in order to go. Had to wait 35 min after I got to the restaurant, after the 25 min they said my order would ne ready. Then the bar person finally showed up and said he would go find my order. One young girl was taken care of 3 tables and saw her go back and forth to kitchen often. She was only person doing anything. Very lazy bunch of workers, except the 1 young petite girl. I use to come to this location a lot. Not any more.

Horrible, rotten food and drinks. Went to this RedLobster with family and was greatly disappointed. The plates were dirty, the mozzarella sticks tastes like the extremely cheap brand from dollar tree. The chicken tenders were stale and dry the biscuits were loaded with salt and hard. The sweet tea was unsweet and watered down. Horrible choice for dinner. I would Never recommend this Red Lobster. My only recommendation would be to close this location permanently.

I went to this location today October 24,2020 Cajun chicken linguine, very bland and it’s disgusting just as it looks, no Cajun seasoning barely any chicken I could have made this better at home what a waste of money, and if it wasn’t raining outside I would take it back. I should’ve went to Cobb Parkway a very good location

Short staffed was probably the best description. Waitress was very pleasant even though she was covering many tables. Food order was right. Everyone got a new menu. Table was not clean. Food took longer than expected to arrive. Fried shrimp and shrimp scampi were over cooked. Never saw a manager.

Went in on a Saturday January 16th fairly early between 11:00 and 12:00 was very dismayed to find that the lunch menu that they've had in place for over 25 years is no longer I was ready to leave and my waitress went back in the back and asked could they still fix the lunch special sailors platter it was still good biscuits were lukewarm and they seemed to not have the usual flavor I was disappointed after going here even though it's always been my favorite I may try it again just to see if that was a one-time thing.

I have patronized this restaurant for several years and it was the last restaurant I had a dine in meal shortly before the pandemic hit. I had a taste for a scrimp salad and have always found them to be deliciously satisfying at Red Lobster. I placed a customized in person order substituting jumbo scrimp for the popcorn and adding lobster. I specifically asked the bar attendant taking the order if the lobster would be fresh, and was told yes it would be. After arriving home and preparing to eat the salad, I tasted the lobster which did not lock fresh and had a bitter near rancid taste. Completely inedible. The tomato was mushy and chopped extremely fine I guest to camouflage the age. It gets worse. I tasted the cheddar bay biscuits and found them to be borderline disgusting. Those biscuits are known for their airy texture and cheesy, garlicky taste. It appears this location is using some knock off version of the recipe. They are now slightly sweet and the interior texture was a grayish looking color. They don't even look the same on the outside. I understand that they have been hit hard by the pandemic, but selling food that is past it's prime is not going to help this location survive the pandemic. When I spoke with the manager she was professional and apologetic regarding my experience. Unfortunately good customer service coupled with subpar product won't work. I will not be returning to this location or perhaps any Red Lobster if the product has dropped to this level. I do hope they continue to survive the pandemic and most like will simply because of the brand recognition but even that can only take you so far.

They're basically robbing people. When this location opened, their service and quality of food was excellent. Unfortunately this isn't the case anymore. My family decided to have a birthday celebration their tonight and after finishing our meal, I can't imagine anyone in their right mind giving this restaurant anything more than 2 stars. The single earned star in this review is reserved for our waitress, who was very pleasant, and their signature garlic cheddar biscuits. Beyond that, the food was on par with the freezer section at Walmart. I ordered fish and chips and added a side Caesar salad; The salad was an additional $4 - it was small and had obviously been sitting in a fridge for a while. The lettuce wasn't crunchy, the salad dressing had no "Caesar" qualities at all. It tasted like lettuce tossed in mayonnaise with large parmesan shavings and a handful of croutons. No one at the table finished theirs. The fries were soft and undercooked, almost like they had been microwaved. The fish and chips order came with one piece of fried cod. It was heavily battered so naturally it was swimming in oil. The batter they used had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. And if you've ever had cod before, it's an extremely light flavored fish with a more firm texture than other fish varieties. So it was just flavorless. It came with a side of coleslaw, and if you look at the image red lobster has on their website, you'll see a large bowl of coleslaw - my coleslaw came in a ketchup cup. I'm not even joking when I say it's one bite of coleslaw. So in the end, including the tip, I paid over $20 for meal that would have been better prepared at a little-league concession stand. Save your money, nothing they're serving is fresh and everything is over priced. If you're smart, you'll find a hole in the wall joint that serves up real food made by real people who will benefit more from your support and you'll get something worth your money. Tonight is officially the last time I'll ever eat at a red lobster. Cheers

Usually this location is good but this was not one of those times. I was trying to treat my wife to a night out and it just went wrong. She had to send her ebtree back and wound up not eating at all except for an appetizer. Her drinks from the bar were watered down and we had to send that back as well. I ordered chicken which wasn't on the menu expecting a breast and got strips that weren't seasoned well at all. The biscuits were amazing as always though

The phone number that you call to tell them which spot you are in for pick up was not working properly. I called several times quite frustrating. I finally ended up just speaking...if you can hear me...this is the space I am in and unfortunately I can not hear you. I did have to get out of my vehicle cause I was not sure what was going on. The young lady was on the way to bring my food and she apologized. It definitely was not her fault but hopefully a Managers was alerted so they can remedy. The food was pretty good. The potato was not baked all the way through. Other than that it was great and you get so much more for your money at the lunch price.

Was excited to get my order through Doordash but was one of the most BLAND meals I have had in a long time. No cocktail sauce for shrimp. No tartare sauce for fish. No lemon for fish. No salt and pepper for anything. Asked for extra butter but got none. Really disappointed because I had the same meal for lunch last week at a different Red Lobster and it was great.

Great experience. As far as decor goes, it's a Red Lobster, and it looks like it did when I was younger. Minus the live lobsters. Not sure if the individual restaurant or the brand controls it, but it was what we expected. It was clean and staff were friendly. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Our waitress was good. Maybe a little inexperienced, but she did a fine job. The atmosphere was not a "party" atmosphere, with music/tvs blaring, and tons of staff and patrons running around, which was a nice change. The bartender was fantastic. Our drinks were spot on, he ordered a mojito and I got a Bahama Mama. The food was delicious. Red lobster has done a great job of keeping their traditional items and incorporating new and updated dishes. It's been a long time since we visited a Red Lobster (10 years), only because there are so many new options, but won't hesitate to return, especially this one. Thank you for a delicious, quiet (and pretty private) casual dinner (and drinks) Sorry..no photos this time!

Unfortunately I had lunch with my Son yesterday at his request at a place I knew that the food there was so bland an tasteless an that everything they served tasted terrible. I don't really know what most people might consider what good seafood food should taste like but Red Lobster🦞food definitely does not taste like it looks on the Commercials. The COMMERCIALS for Red Lobster 🦞 Menu are INSPIRING but the FOOD is HORRIBLE and DECEIVING, try ordering a Large Rock Tail Lobster and what you'll get is a very small adaptation version of what a real Rock Tail Lobster🦞should look like. { BE AWARE } They use the same $6.99 Lobster Tail you would purchase a Kroger or Publix grocery store, and charge you almost $20.00 for an call it a ROCK TAIL LOBSTER 🦞. I promise you I will never eat there again.

I went with my family yesterday and I was beyond impressed with the excellent service we experienced. The hostes was super nice and our server Victor was extremely polite and pleasant. Victor was fast, constantly asked if we needed anything, and seemed to be happy doing his job, he made us feel welcome. We love eating at Red Lobster but stopped going because of bad experiences with the service but after yesterday's interaction, we will be going a lot more often.

We came in on Saturday and was sat at a table. We waited about 15 minutes before the waitress came to ask for our drinks. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. When she finally brought our drinks, she asked if we were ready to order food. Which we did. She kept walking back to the very back room to a table and sitting down. Out food came out quick but when the waitress brought it to the table, she was on her cell phone. She had her phone to her ear and was holding it with her shoulder. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where the waitresses are allowed to talk on their phones while waiting on tables. Its very disrespectful that it's allowed. They need to get rid of of this waitress who clearly would rather talk on the cell phone rather than do her job! We didn't get refills on drinks because every time she walked past our table she was just talking on the phone. Finally a new waitress walked past and I guess she saw the look of disgust on my face and she asked if something was wrong, and she kindly got us refills. She was very nice and kept apologizing to us. (It was not her place to apologize) We will return but will definitely ask to sit with someone else. This Red Lobster used to be the best around here but the customer service has just gone completely!

This has always been my husband's & I little hide out. We normally get booth all the way in the back, which we did...it was great. The food wasn't so good. I had the Lobster Broil and when I say zero seasoning. The sauce was super thin, which made my noodles dry. For a $40 plate there should definitely be some Lawrys or something. However I enjoyed my date night and Katie our server was amazing!

I'm only doing one stars this visit because Kayla was doing her best with all the people in her section. But this food is NOT good. It's cold the bread was like a brick today(first batch). The linguine was "waterGuine boiled noodles with heavy cream & water no season or flavor. Since I have to pay for the unlimited Monday special, let me get some grilled shrimp & go. Red Lobster you must improve in every area. -No more cold food, hard bread & slow service. I give Grace but this was too much. I'll need to call corporate to request a refund. I don't want the young lady to feel like it's her fault.

Went for the endless shrimp choices and the food was good. The waitress was a little too busy to service our table especially since we were waiting for the next round of shrimp. Funny how that happens. That's the way it is everywhere there is a bottomless dish that's all you can eat. Red Lobster is no different. I'll still return.

The restaurant was just open when we arrived. There was no wait. Quickly seated and order taken. We both ordered Salmon dishes, one Cajun style, one grilled. They we're both perfectly cooked. I had the Brussel sprouts for a side and they are like eating candy lol. The salads were fresh and delicious. Service was excellent too. All and all a great experience!

  • 1/5 Olga T. 11 months ago on Google
Drinks were good, that’s it. Food and customer service is awful. Waited an hour for fish and chips, undercooked salmon and salty broccoli. The manager basically said the restaurant would not make any money if she discounted our bad food and then blamed the server for not putting it in timely. It was mere speculation when our entire food order was placed at the same time. She never went to the POS to verify that statement. The manager is definitely driving the business to the ground. Instead of seating customers and cleaning tables a job anyone can do, she should focus on making sure food and beverages come out to the tables timely and guests are satisfied. Don’t ruin your special occasion or waste your money by dining here. I don’t recommend anyone go to this establishment.

The experience here was just ok for me. Our server was ok, but she was spread a little thin with all of the tables she had to serve. Because of that, we were overlooked with our biscuits and she got a part of our drink order wrong. I ordered Fish and Chips with a house salad, and watermelon lemonade. The food was just ok. Nothing overly special about the food except the tartar sauce. The tartar sauce was excellent!

Food service here was substandard. The prices for the quality and quantity were off by 8 to 12 % We spent over $80.00 at my table. You are better skipping this one for a Mom and Pop restaurant that still believes is value and service.

I ordered $50 dollars worth of food from this location. When I got there I waited 25 mins before my food was brought out. I told a gentlemen with dreads to tell them in the back to put four Parmesan cheeses in the bag he said okay( he was very attentive by the way) My food came out without the Parmesan so I asked a Hispanic young lady to get it for me. She comes back with four almost empty parmesans. So I’m like what is this? She said that’s all it’s in the freezer frozen. I’m like this girl is comedy. Get me the manager she came out graceful, I explained to her what was going on. My wait, i showed her the centimeter of Parmesan they gave me. She apologized and came back with more than I needed. Which confirms she didn’t want to get the parmesan to begin with. Anyway the manager apologized gave me a gift card and told me customer service was a known issue and they were working on it. I left! When I got home and opened my bags completely one of my orders was missing broccoli. I no since Covid a lot of businesses don’t care about customer service if I’m spending money I do. And businesses lack of customer service shouldn’t depend on demographics/location. I never had this experience in the Kennesaw location. I’m from Brooklyn Ny born and raised and sometimes you want to get away from the hood/ghetto mentality/ the attitudes etc. I opened the door and that was the vibe. Wont be back I’ll back track, u-turn, won’t go, divert, drive longer before going to pick up food I’m paying for becomes frustrating for me again. And the food was not good. It was not a good experience. Im just spreading the word.

The wife and I both had endless soup and salad. We had different soups. The bowls were warm, soup cold. Sent them back. Wife said no tomatoes guess what? I had to send it back. The wife wanted stuff mushrooms. The mushrooms arrived at the same time as the check. This was at 11:00 am with only a small number of customers there. Would not recommend anything.
