I
have
patronized
this
restaurant
for
several
years
and
it
was
the
last
restaurant
I
had
a
dine
in
meal
shortly
before
the
pandemic
hit.
I
had
a
taste
for
a
scrimp
salad
and
have
always
found
them
to
be
deliciously
satisfying
at
Red
Lobster.
I
placed
a
customized
in
person
order
substituting
jumbo
scrimp
for
the
popcorn
and
adding
lobster.
I
specifically
asked
the
bar
attendant
taking
the
order
if
the
lobster
would
be
fresh,
and
was
told
yes
it
would
be.
After
arriving
home
and
preparing
to
eat
the
salad,
I
tasted
the
lobster
which
did
not
lock
fresh
and
had
a
bitter
near
rancid
taste.
Completely
inedible.
The
tomato
was
mushy
and
chopped
extremely
fine
I
guest
to
camouflage
the
age.
It
gets
worse.
I
tasted
the
cheddar
bay
biscuits
and
found
them
to
be
borderline
disgusting.
Those
biscuits
are
known
for
their
airy
texture
and
cheesy,
garlicky
taste.
It
appears
this
location
is
using
some
knock
off
version
of
the
recipe.
They
are
now
slightly
sweet
and
the
interior
texture
was
a
grayish
looking
color.
They
don't
even
look
the
same
on
the
outside.
I
understand
that
they
have
been
hit
hard
by
the
pandemic,
but
selling
food
that
is
past
it's
prime
is
not
going
to
help
this
location
survive
the
pandemic.
When
I
spoke
with
the
manager
she
was
professional
and
apologetic
regarding
my
experience.
Unfortunately
good
customer
service
coupled
with
subpar
product
won't
work.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
location
or
perhaps
any
Red
Lobster
if
the
product
has
dropped
to
this
level.
I
do
hope
they
continue
to
survive
the
pandemic
and
most
like
will
simply
because
of
the
brand
recognition
but
even
that
can
only
take
you
so
far.
