Strong drinks and good food! Our waiter CJ was awesome! Such a cool and chill guy. The Louisiana sirloin is very good with a nice kick of spice My girlfriend got the santa fe tilapia and she loved it!

I come to this location a lot and I can really say last night was one of the worst dinners here . First it took 20 min to get bread for the table that I had to ask for and then another 30 for our app for the table and the the skins was burnt and the service said she told the cook and the cook said it's supposed to look like that I've been a kitchen manager for years and that plate should have not left the expo station. Then other 45 min for the dinner to come and the plates was hotter than the food that was on my wife chicken tenders in gravy was like rocks then the gravy was coagulated . The macaroni and cheese was microwaved and dry it was basically just noodles no sauce cheese anyting. And I wasn't going to send anything back because the male kitchen manager was really rude to other guests that was around me. We had to ask for refills. Just overall horrible.

Update June 2022: Gave it another try and reducing rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Fish was so overcooked that it was like rubber and I couldn't chew it. Had terrible fishy smell. Absolutely the worst seafood of my life. Inedible. --- Pretty poor quality food. Chicken tenders were kind of floppy and bland. Ribs were extremely tough and hard to chew or even rip from the bone. Fries were so floppy and undercooked they tasted like they were boiled. Broccoli was cooked to death with zero seasoning. Will not order again.

Was invited here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we had a really good time, food was good and the service was great. Their salmon was really good, ended up not taking any food home so that is a good sign. They were out of hot tea, that was the only down fall other than that no one in our group had any complaints other than my 3 year old daughter who did not enjoy her children’s cheese pizza. Their pumpkin pie was also a really good treat to share with my 2 children.

We had a great experience here. I was pleased to discover this location. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I've always loved the O'Charley's floor plan.

Had a wonderful time. The waitress was amazing! The food arrived in great timing and was nice and hot. The wait time wasn't long at all. Nice clean and cool. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant. And the dessert was spot on! I am sure it taste banging hot. But I ate mine cold lol.

I ordered the salmon from this location and it was dry and tasted like it had been frozen for months before it was eventually cooked. It wasn’t fresh and wasn’t seasoned either. This location is like one step up from a Piccadilly cafe. I used to go to the location in Tucker before it closed and I had no complaints. This location isn’t good.

Ok so we eat at O’Charley’s often but this is my 1st time writing about it!! We went to the one onAustell rd. The atmosphere was calm.. I guess because it was a holiday weekend they were slower than usual. We sat in the bar area so the bartender waited on us. She was such a delight. I was conflicted with what to order and I told her what I had a taste for and she told me the best was to get it!!! She was so attentive and helpful. The food was very good. We had the Cajun chicken pasta and the steak and ribs with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.. the pasta was deans saturated in sauce +++ the ribs were tender and falling off the bone!! Stark was well done to my liking.. but bayyyby that broccoli was seasoned to the Gods and steamed to perfection. That was the best thing on my plate!!!

Used to come her frequently. It's been over a year since our last visit and they've changed A LOT of things and my for the better. Food was just gross. Ribs BBQ sauce was different and cheap tasting. Broccoli had black ends and wasn't trimmed. They no longer have pie. Honey Drizzle chicken is half the portion size as before. Portion sizes and quality of product is in the trash, no value anymore, and why we won't be back anytime soon if ever. It's so bad, we're going to remember how bad it was this time. It's night and day different from last our last visit.

I usually have a great time here but this time the food was undercooked or the orders were wrong even though we waited close to an hour for our meal. Waitress was friendly but either the restaurant was understaffed or she just wasn't good at taking orders because she got almost nothing right. Usually great place but this time it was a dinner to forget.

Food came out quick, ribs were good. Asked for a beer, never showed up, but then got billed for it and had to correct it. The waitress had alcohol on the breath and struggled to figure out how to fix the bill. My fault for assuming the bill was correct when I handed her my card. Other than that and the customers coming in smelling like 420, the food was good.

So we stopped by for lunch in the midst of moving and thought it would be in and out for of service even for a suit down restaurant. It was not busy that day. Or server was nice but she was so slow. Is she ever to the back for anything it would be 10 minutes before she returned. We got our bread almost 30-40 minutes after arriving therefore throughout our whole meal was we were waiting on her to come back. It was a very long experience and I would definitely make sure I'm not in her section if we ever decided to return.

Me and my sisters went here. The waitress at the door said it would be about 15 minutes we said okay that's fine. She said have seat. She came back in 15 min and said y'all ready to be seated. We sit at the table about 5 minutes. Than 15 came by . No one came yet. It this time 3 waitress had passed by then one manager pass by. No one said y'all won't anything to drink. So we just got up in left. Than went we we're walking toward the door . The manager talking about everything ok. We just left. Because no one never came. Sad Sad

When dining out there are two things that I require great customer service and the presentation/taste of my food. Customer service was on point and when I received my food I certainly had to tip my hat to the Chef (Robert). The level of care he took to plate my food was picture perfect it made my mouth water before I tasted it! I ordered the chicken piccata and it was delicious. Thanks for the experience. Absolute BEST experience we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. I brought my family to eat dinner for my daughter's birthday, Ashley G was our server and she was amazing! She was very suggestive and helpful with our orders not to mention a great personality and really connected with us. The food came out very fast and it tasted great! I ordered the New Orleans chicken pasta and the portion size was ok for lunch time. I do feel there could have been a little more flavor or “kick” to hold up the New Orleans name. It tasted a little plain but the chicken was cooked well and was tender. I ordered the strawberry lemonade to drink and it was ok. It tasted a little watered down some.

Two of us had sea food platter. This food was very good. The fried cod fish us delicious, not oily, easy to remove light fried batter. Stuffed crab tasted very good. The fried shrimp was also good. My friend had a birthday so she received free cheese cake with strawberries. I ordered coffee & apple cobbler, just could not eat all of it. Too full! We had a great time. Very enjoyable. We were all recently back from Tybee Island having lots of seafood.

Am presently here having lunch - 7/22. My deceased husband and I would come here at least once a month or more and can honestly say it is like a home away from home. All staff are of the professionals; the food is excellent; the drinks are to die because of the bartender, DJ,; and they have a veteran parking space. Highly recommend for one and all.

We went for Lunch today and DJ was our server. She was AMAZING. I was a restaurant manager for 15 years and DJ hit all the service details of a great server. She was busy but still very attentive to every guest. Friendly and won us over to come again. We will ask for her by name.

Delivery thru Doordash. steak was cooked good but no steak sauce. tenders were overcooked, the peaches in the cobbler were crunchy and the crust was doughy. the sides were skimpy. sweet potatoes tasted like potatoes had little sugar and no vanilla flavor, the mac n cheese was just mac, very little cheese and the noodle was starchy meaning not quite done. spent $92 for two people and had to doctor it up. Ribs,corn, rice, rolls and apple cobbler were tasty. Not worth the money!

In a world where customer service has completely disappeared and most servers are bothered to have to attend to guests, Patricia was amazing. She was outstanding at asking questions, anticipating needs, and making my family feel welcome. She was sweet and efficient, the best combination for a server. There are a bunch of restaurants in the area, and she was so good it will encourage us to come back here, rather than try others. The food was slow, but well prepared.

Aniyah H. was our waitress. She had excellent customer service. Also, the manager Dee was super friendly. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. We will be visiting the Austell location again.

My family and I really enjoyed our dinner and our waitress ANIYAH was absolutely amazing! Her customer services was outstanding! She brought our food speedily, bread soon as we sat down and I mean soon as we sat down! That’s what I’m talking about. I haven’t had a experience like tonight in awhile! I had the southern turf and surf and it was amazing. Dj and Dee were the best servers.

I had parmesan chicken and pasta with a salad. The salad was good pasta was too thick and only thing with a parmesan cheese taste was the cheese they shredded on top. My sisters steak looked like it had been boiled and complaining to the waiters did no good but we tried to give them a second chance because we had been there about three weeks before, my sister wanted to go back so we did. The free pie I chose was apple and I paid for the ice cream. It brought it out they were both cold, the crust was doughy...my sister had the lemon meringue pie, she say it was good, maybe I should have ordered it!

I came in and had dinner with my family and a close friend from work Patrice (I think that's how u spell her name) was amazing from the time I sat down to the time I left I had amazing service she was very busy but if u was her table she didn't skip a beat she gave the same service to every table if I'm ever I. Austell ga again I will definitely ask for her thanks again and the food was amazing
