Now even though I didn't obtain a degree, I do consider myself a bit of a Chinese food expert and this place is solid! It passed my test where atleast two out of the three dishes has to hit - wangz, general tsos and chicken and broccoli. Which one helped them pass? Well you'll just have to go and find out for yourselves! 😂... spoiler: it's the one that rhymes with chicken and broccoli!

So bad, lucky I didn’t go to the hospital. Gen Tso chicken was so old and gross, seemed like it was cooked three days in a row. Complete Garbage, absolutely disgusting. Spring roll was freezer burned mush. Rice was terrible too. Never get near this dump, still makes me gag thinking about it.

New hans makes great food, I enjoy their dishes! But the customer service here is bad. The young man at the front of the restaurant is always very rude and has a very unpleasant attitude. He always seems irritated and treats customers rudely. I have never been greeted kindly at this restaurant, and I order all the time. When ordering takeout on the phone he is always rushing and often messes up my orders. Food here is great and I love supporting small businesses but as a customer, the customer service needs to change. Please treat your customers better! Be kind, patient, and greet your customers, who help support your business.

I decided to try this restaurant and the food is disgusting! Me and my family ordered a decent amount of food and nothing, I mean nothing was pleasing. Unfortunately we threw our food and money away when buying food from here. Please try another Chinese restaurant before considering this one. I’ve literally had better down the street.

Very difficult to obtain mustard condiments and napkins. The other condiments, soy sauce, too much salt, and duck sauce, too much sugar is plentiful but I trash them since I am on low sodium no sugar diet. Place has gone down the last 2 years but prices are up. Last order of fried chicken wings and fries old and cold. There's better places to spend your money. I don't recommend New Hans.

I called was going to place an order and asked did they deliver once I asked the owner hung up on me I called back again and she was very rude.

Used to be in my place to go but lately the screwed up several times third times is charming no longer go there disappointed!!!!!

RUDEEEE!!! Was recommended here by a coworker. I called to place an order and the woman said “Hello” and that was it. Felt as though I called a friend not a business. She proceeded to disrespect me when she didnt clearly hear me say my name. This would’ve been my first time here. I did not go through with the order and I will not be returning!!

Don’t care for dinning in get your food and go it’s a dang good restaurant food is all around good, get the 10pc wing with pork fried rice is my all time favorite

Love their Hot and Sour soup Love their shrimp eggroll Just Love their Food. Have Never gotten a bad meal there.

First and last time eating here. We ordered Veg low mein, shrimp fried rice, general chicken, spring rolls, and shrimp rolls. The shrimp fried rice was the only thing with flavor, everything else was bland. The cashier lack customer service skills. First impression is the lasting impression. Which was not good. New Han's is a No Thank You!!!

I don’t know where you are going to get better American/Chinese takeout in the area. Emphasis on takeout. They have several tables but it doesn’t feel they want you there. I like the boneless short ribs. The are sweet and juicy and hit the spot every time. The wait times are short and it feels the employees patience are even shorter.

Ordered take out including sweet & sour chicken with white rice, spring roll and a shrimp roll. Portions were large and the food came out hot with a 10 minute drive home. The sweet & sour chicken could have had a little more flavor, but for the price and convenience, it was good.

1st time there. Good food. I’ll be back.

Don’t expect much in the way of customer service, they aren’t rude but they aren’t friendly or welcoming… the Food is very very good with big portions.

They're cashew chicken is horrible. Will never order that again. Worst I've ever had. Usually I like their food and cashew chicken from other restaurants is usually my favorite.

The orange chicken here is amazing! They really use orange in it instead of orange flavoured sauce! Its great! Best ive had since i moved to the us
